In just a couple of short years, Zach has created a company, undertaken two very complex redevelopment projects, created a huge presence on social media, built a bus stop out of an actual bus, connected with local elected officials, and is gearing up for much more. You don’t need permission, you don’t need the approval of a committee - you can just decide to do something, and pursue it relentlessly.
