5.     We live in the pause. Things happen and if we pause then we can totally control our reaction to everything around us. Learn to live in the pause.

6.     You’ve heard me say it so many times before but find an exercise regimen that works for you & your body and only move in a way that feels good to you.

7.     Keep your people that love you, believe in your and support you around you!
