Following a screaming child. Welcome once again to running commentary. The first guest of season two. Wow, what? Yeah. That's right. We catch up with Erstwell and contributor Lizzie Peay.
How you doing? I'm really well, Erstwell. I'm never really looked into that. What does it mean? Just go to go. It doesn't mean you're old. Just consistently showing up. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm well, I was laughing because I peaked behind the curtain. Rob messaged me yesterday. Can you record an episode? Because my real guest has dropped out. Yeah, come on, that didn't happen. I was thinking, I actually quite like being a break glass in the pod emergency person. Kind of fits my ego. So good. Okay, I'm pleased you pleased. As a footballer would say, being interviewed a match of day delighted to be here. So last night's two because we talked a little not that long ago. But I feel like you've got more to tell. Clear-eared listeners will remember that you reported last from a London marathon with question marks and a happy half that was really good. Yes, oh, sorry, yes. It was a game of two halves as a footballer would say, wasn't it?
Yeah. You're right, yeah. London, disappointing for me. Training, I trusted AI and I should have trusted myself. Hackney was kind of like a way of absolving myself. Is that the right word? Yeah, yeah. Why can't I speak English to that? Vendicating. Scrubbing that. I've got a PB at Hackney and I'm delighted again. Very good. The least favourite word. Delighted. But it's all surprisingly long ago now as you dig into the mid of September. Yeah, so it's been a summer. So, I mean, I find this interesting to myself. Maybe listeners who are into running will and I hope you will because you like this stuff. I definitely will. We all will. Come on, kids. So I normally run two marathons a year spring and autumn and after London, I'd secure a place in Frankfurt for this. I think it's end of October. Yep. Because why Frankfurt? I hear you ask all of you. Why Frankfurt? Because it's flat.
It's easy to get to and apparently it has a cool ending in a stadium with flashing lights. Nice. So I'll say why not in an out job? The same reason I did a marathon at that cold-planky last year. Yeah, so. So then I hop back on the train, not literally on the runner train, planning my plan, blah, blah, blah. Get into marathon, training a few months ago, maybe a couple of months ago. And a sort of few weeks ago, having a piffony. Yeah. So my big goal as regular listeners will know is I really want to break forward. I'm marathon, PB, it's for eight. Yeah, so it's been London for so many years. Yeah, we've seen this here. And so my next marathon is going to be my 20th. And my thinking was, head down, no fuss. Go solo to Frankfurt and try and smash it out. And then a few weeks ago, I was just like, I don't know who five got the appetites trained for marathon right now. Yeah.
I love running, I run every day. Yeah. We're on five days a week. I'm just going to pass the concoest. You see the concoest. Happy September. Good. It really is. Some of those guys. Look at this shiny bear ball. We're going to be playing concoest. It's been nibbled by a squirrel on the first. How he's just taking my eye out. Look at that. I've never seen a conco before. Well, I haven't seen one for a year. A year? Well, 11 months. And I just thought, and I've got a lot of travel coming up for work. And I was trying to fit, OK, well, I could do this long run then. I could do that then. I thought, no one's making me do this. Do you know what's interesting about it? Just a little throw this in. I think that it's really difficult with the old marathon. And I was going to say you did absolutely great because you completely ignore that. Customers of what? It's a cusp of autumn September the first thing where, you know, it's very hard to think of from July or August to think of an October marathon as being anything other than Mars going in the future.
Yeah. But technically, you're ignoring that and just planning to plow on through. Yeah. But I think you came up against the kind of instinctive level. Well, a few things. I think I sort of forgotten how to just enjoy running. Yeah. I enjoy running clearly. I enjoy training for marathons. But one thing is, so my partner and I go to Greece every summer. Yeah. I love running in Greece, Crete, Kourphoo. Because it's... It's slippery. It's slippery. Oh, yeah. Oh, it's so good. A good one. No, no, good one. No, because, okay, yeah, it's very hilly. So most runs are more like hike runs. Yeah. But I love them. That's people, this hike, sorry. And we talked about this on a sponsored episode. And this is not sponsored. Yeah. But for Strava, where on Strava, you can see the heat maps. So you can see where do people run? So when you're going somewhere a bit remote or a bit different, you can see where theoretically it's possible to run. Yeah. And where have I run before in that area? Yeah. And trying to do a new route. So lighting Kourphoo a few weeks ago, I mean, Crete,
I just... I was having fun sort of exploring routes and, you know, just going off and not really thinking, I've got to do this number of miles. I've got to do this number of this pace. Yeah. So part of me was like, well, that's fun, isn't it? Yeah. And I just thought the next few months, who try to fit in invariably on a Monday or something, 18 miles, 20 miles. I was like, and also, no offense to Frankfurt. But it's not a milestone one. It's going to be my 20th, my next one. And I kind of thought, well, why not just delay that? Why not spend the autumn building up to the foundation? And then go hard on my route in training, you know, Christmas. And do, well, I will do a spring one, probably London. Yeah. Maybe that my 20th, I think, go for it. So... Well, this is a plan. I want you to know what you think it, then you just know, don't you? It was just incredibly freeing. Yeah. So funny, something I choose to do. Yeah. I just find it suddenly felt like, OK, so I'm doing a half. I'm doing Richmond half. Yeah.
I think it's first November. Should be beautiful. So I just wanted to find one that was quite easy to get to. And so I'm just doing a half plan at the minute, enjoying, trying to beat my park run, PB. Yeah. Still running six days a week, still doing pretty much similar volume, sort of 30. I was a week, but I would be doing this point in marathon training. And what's your half plan? Where do you get that? Is that AI source? Runner. I use not spawn. Lord knows I've tried. I use runner. Yeah, they're good. Yeah. I mean, I haven't used that many running platforms. I did use one for my first ultra. And that was via threshold, but it was runner who laid it out. Yeah, I mean, I could do it myself using AI, but... Well, you see how that ended up? Well, yeah. Please, I'm just going to prove it's their first time to find out. But, you know, runner got what was Strava. I'm an extra user. Integration. Blah blah blah. I'm waiting for them to introduce a steam Strava. You know, like Victorian tech. It comes behind me. It's actually a small gentleman in the top pack.
It comes behind me in the little traction. And then... Oh, it's around here. I should take a break for a few minutes. Well, actually, probably the main reason I use runner. I could easily, and I have done the past, past your shoes, standard plans, where it's like, run this many more today. This many more tomorrow. Yeah. But one thing I look at runner is when you're doing speed work, or if you're trying to beat your part-crump, you beat me, he's talking to you, what Daniel is, because I use him, the voice. So he's saying, speed up, slow down. Yeah. And I find that really helpful. Yeah. And the insight's helpful. So... Cars for ball is back. So Hilton caught a meme. The superstition concierge to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We got you. Want to make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey? Oh, that smells lucky. Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition. Even a marching bandwick up call it, 555 and 55 seconds. Hit it! When you need a team that will do whatever it takes on game day, it matters where you stay.

Do you ever do any track or training sets? Yes. So, within the runner plan, again, this sounds like it's a promo, but it's not. Within the runner plan, you know, you can toggle different things to how hard you want the plan to be. And then it populates it with interval sessions, tempo sessions. If you really want pill sessions. Yeah. I used to do track every Thursday. I tracked Matthew and Paddington. I loved it. It was when I had that realization that my dad said this because it sounds like the kind of thing you tell me is the only way to run faster is to run faster. Yeah, yeah. Keystone. And I love to track. And my PB, my park run is in a really good place. You know, my PB is like 22, 22, 48 maybe from earlier this year. So I'm focusing on that at the minute. I was going to tell you something about park run. That I was going to check you to your very core. Who relates to what you were saying about your Frankfurt plan. I came back from holiday. Summer of running.
I went to the hands of teeth. Which as you know, these days is my jam. And got there, you know, kind of fun. I still set the alarm. Got up, got there in time. Judy went off for a swim. And I went to the start line. Set my stuff up. Way to go. I ran down the hill. I stopped. I walked off the course. I went home. What? Yeah. Why did you walk off? Yeah, that's the question people still ask. We just couldn't be asked. Just get a kiss. It was a DNF CBA. And did you not feel free once you did that? Oh, yeah, but also kind of worried. Because there's a little bit too free. Who have I become? Well, you know what? I sometimes do. I say, I don't say often as maybe twice a year. I start, I'll be loved with High Refields Park Run. Yeah. Which is five laps of a slight hill. Yeah. And once I've done one lap. No. Maybe I just start and I run up the first hill. And sometimes I just keep on running. And just go and do my own thing if I'm not in the... Oh, if it's really busy and I'm not in the right headspace. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Nothing wrong with that.
Did it once before in a very cold morning at Hope Prom? But it was different. Do you know why? Why? Because I really needed the poo. Oh, God. That's a different story. No, no, no, no, no. Please say that for your other pop cast. Your poo cast. The poo pot. No, thanks. It's the good to the poo pot. I tell you the other interesting thing. Well, I think this is interesting. So just a quick recap. Long story short, listen to the episode. But I relied on AI to be my training partner for London Marathon this year. Yep. As well as runner, but actually sorry from a nutrition point of view. And basically made me put on six kilos between February and April. Round the race, feeling really heavy. Didn't like it. Right. So that was a good experiment, which I will not repeat. Yeah. However, one thing that's made me laugh is the biggest shift in my training in the last six weeks. Go on. Has actually come from my beloved colleague, Sophia in Sweden. Yep. So she's a bit of a runner.
She's also a garment user and Strava user. And we talk a lot about that. We were just having a meeting one day. And we just start talking about it. And I was saying to her that, you know, my Garmin says, my easy runs are fine. And I should just run in this slope. And I was like, so we're out. The next one I thought I'm going to show Sophia. And I ran, I know a minute, per Marathon, would normally an easy run. Yeah. And guess what? It was fine and easy. Yeah. And then I did it again. And then I did it again. And I was like, I can talk to AI all I want. All it took was a compassionate human just spotting something and pointing out and being like, why don't you just run? I was like, I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. Okay. So I was standing out and being like, why don't you just run a bit faster? Yeah. I was like, I could have saved myself a hundred quick there. Thanks Sophia. Well there's a difficult one, isn't it? Because we are tinkering with them. We've come to a close flat by the way. And we've come at a spectacularly busy time of day, in Coutton planner.
Yeah. It's brilliant. It's fascily in the middle. It is where we started out, there's a million people running to get to school. Yeah. But still haven't seen Tom Price. Yeah. Well. course right now. Doubtless. Doubtless. Because that's Friday morning. Yeah. But and it's beautiful as well. I mean it's not just the cons. Lovely. Gold and sunshine. It's on those lovely crisp cold days. Topped to all the trees. I say cold. It's really interesting tinkering with pace in that way because it is every gear you can find and kind of recognize and curate as a runner helps all the other ones. Yeah. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. I am because I you know I've got very trade trail happy and running the older coast to coast. I had to kind of observe pace and see how I was doing it and keep running. Yes. While simultaneously of course I wouldn't say going as slow as possible letting myself run as slow as possible. Yeah. That's the phrase. Yes. And then you just
see where that lands and where the needle and then the other interesting thing I find that about that about ultra and trail is that in the end you have to the most useful information is the broadest average. So you know when I was running the coast it goes and I'd be like I don't know let's say I'm out for six seven hours and somewhere early on this big mountain to the walking for ages. Then it's not until sort of near the end who start to see what that average pace is when you put everything together there's slightly nipping a pace maybe early on on the flat. Yeah. A complete walking pace for an hour going over a mountain. There's slower running pace later on also including stops. Yes. You know and it all kind of and in the end the needle just waggles and sits and you can kind of come into the end of the day on the third tank. Oh I think that's about right even though the information is so fuzzy. Yeah. But conversely like you say like there's a massive difference between the easy running of running and chatting and easy running of running in the
country on your own. Yeah. And easy running of running in town on your own. Yeah. And when I run in town on my own I'm always it's just really heartening how nipping it is. Yeah. It's always a minute it's probably two minutes faster than the chat run. Yes. Which doesn't sound that much but it feels the same. Yeah. Yeah. And that's what you're accessing via your mate isn't it? Yes. But you're right. It's like tangent but you know I travel quite a lot oh look at me aren't I wonderful but there is some saying that is because I have run in a hell of a lot of different places now. Yeah. Yeah. And honestly most of the time I think there's no a bit in London because Greece nightmare hills you can't get a proper running like you. It's really difficult to run in Greece. Yeah. Oh yeah. And it's hot. Oh cool back in a way. Love that stuff. I mean I don't know it's time to keep going back to the joke but Greece is the word you know it's Scott Rose. It is Scott motion. And that joke was Greece too. Yeah nice. In some ways much more
critically acclaimed. Yeah and in lots of ways deeply problematic. And not needed. Anyway now I was talking to my partner about this update because I think I was probably boring him today. Maybe I was talking to my friends whatever um New York actually don't love running in New York. Yeah. If you're staying downtown. So you've got obviously doing the tip and around the edges east side west side with Manhattan. This can be one of that with the beginning of that first world problem series. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah oh my god 100% but it's useful information. Yeah now I want to know. But the street system means you're constantly if you're trying to cross Manhattan you can't see I'm stuck for lights in there's you know where is London. Maybe it's just gone by because I live here and I know I know the roads now like the back of my hand. Yeah beautifully tanned. Yeah cool back. Um nice. But you know I can easily construct pretty much stop free route around parks canals. Yeah more parks. Well we've got loads of green spaces including
particularly if you include things like tow paths and the canal and the sorry in the park and walk but also like you say the way the city's laid out it's not a grid. So if you think about it it's like duty is always circus work for you know since we moved to London and you know all you got to do really is look at the map find the busy road and go along next to it. That's efficient now you know all the quiet cycle ways they're just like uh fingers in the air block over from the busy busy busy ways yeah and uh guys going home he was having a good look because that's the third time he's seen him. I'm going to smell the first time. I was going to wear that t-shirt we've both got that t-shirt you don't like it because the next two high. No he's a bit of a vick as neck on it. God how old do I know you isn't that embarrassing? I when I looked at that t-shirt my jurors like I'm not going to wear it but also I know Rob went wearing because the next two high. Yeah to be fair I did host the press conference to tell everyone about that. I'm glad you all came here today. I've been trying the latest event t-shirt but the neck is too high. No more questions at this time thank you.
But just to recapitulate on that theme so I entered oh god I'm going to hate myself again into the debate on LinkedIn the other day. Someone was posting about Strava data yeah and how useful it is to see in a new city where the running routes are yeah and then someone else was laying in being like now like causation correlate like all this kind of stuff and it was all men yeah of course and I thought I don't want to be that guy but I was like as a woman in a foreign city by myself it's so helpful to see where everyone runs. But on the other hand also I mean what kind of a debate is that it's obviously helpful and it's just a bunch of guys who think they're clever by saying and I quote and it's not helpful yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah it's just a waste of it at once time yeah but um not a thing about that information is that you can ignore if you want so how can it not be useful do you know what I mean yes yes agree oh the other thing big I mean big oh my god relatively speaking in my world well everyone braces I just think
anyone will care about this but maybe it's little frifty tips so come on I got sucked into the carbon-plated running issue arena a couple of years ago yeah and when I first know this is an issue because it's one that um so if you're right worth raised but if you run all the time carbon-plated shoes can be bad for your feet well well okay I thought that sentence was going to end well down very quickly and then you just have to buy more and say you're up to perpetually like in a cycle oh yeah well if you're cyclist but easy here's a tip and I'm not going to name I'm not going to name a brand-minis instance because they have been very kind supporters of mine but the first carbon-plated shoes I tried on I bought because I was riding with daddy-dass and joking I'm not going to say anything oh god either way the first ones I tried on I was like these fit they feel great excuse my French I'll go for it now again privilege bell yeah but they cost like 250 pounds yeah which is a lot of money
and then they say oh and of course you should replace them every two hundred yeah Mars 300 Mars which for an average runner matter on it's like six weeks yeah well yeah so and then I found a hack because my sister lives in Australia and everything is basically half price in Australia yeah but I was very dedicated to these shoes and then I thought I'm just going to see so I asked Gemini other AI's are available the AI not not the band from Eurovision no or not the uh twin group from X factor did I get that right that's probably it that's what I'm in I don't think they know yeah well no that was two to go do you remember two to go guys if any listeners remember two to go please email in I don't care this is when this goes really viral the two to go chat yeah open up a two to go brother and a sister it's a little bit high school musical coded and he played the saxophone good issue said that was the way it was coded I thought I was going to go complete it for why college football is back so Hilton called him me the superstition concierge to make your
fan rituals a reality need a room to match your lucky number we got you want to make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey oh that smells lucky Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition even a marching band wake up call it 555 and 55 seconds hit it when you need a team that would do whatever it takes on game day it matters where you stay Hilton for the stay for the first time ever Yamavar resort and casino at San Manuel is giving away a new Rolex watch for every club Serrano card dear play with your club Serrano card and on September 20th you could be one of five winners of a Rolex watch plus all winners will advance to the finale at Palm's Casino Resort Las Vegas for a chance to take home a rarity the second Mustang dark horse ever produced on September 26th two properties six winners only at Yamavar resort and casino your California to Vegas connection details at Yamavar dot com must be 21 or older to enter participate please gamble responsibly good things coming for like ukulele strings boy band members
and PayPal payin for no fees no interest no impact on your credit score just the flexibility to pay the way that works for you strum it hum it pay it in four download the PayPal app to get started subject to approval learn more at PayPal dot com slash payin four paypalling NMLS 910457 anyway where also yeah Gemini and I said look these are the shoes I'm running in this is what and also you have to be careful marathon running is very different just having shoes just the speed work or racing you know yeah so they're gonna be able to withstand and he said or she they Gemini said have you thought about by these ones and they are and I did they are pumas a brand I would never think to run in nothing against Puma but it doesn't not first top of mind when you think of like technical runnachis Puma blah blah whatever they're called nitro I think they were 60 quid I got them for yeah running them now I think they're great oh to stop second oh really a dirty and horrible that's right it's the principle of the thing I think that I'm pretty sure
that Paul opted certainly opted for something that wasn't the famous brand but I thought I thought are we just being swissed by branding here yeah I thought let's just give it a go for one cycle yeah and honestly I don't know I really feel the difference and I'm happy as Larry the number 10 down a street cat who died yeah did he die now still well it's still tweeting I don't know if that means it's right um so yeah I mean I said that was interesting listen but if you are looking for cheaper carbon-plated option the Puma nitro something which you can find on sports direct I well recommend them very good very good I love these shoes I'm wearing their Nike road shoes which I unfortunately had for a few months now I've been doing lots of running in other shoes did the marathon in carbon plates and shoes did the obviously did the coast coast little training and distance trail shoes Nike terracana eight which I love which you don't make anymore so if anyone knows of a pair of UK 10 mint vintage I'll have them vintage I'm on it um because I've
got two pairs they're both well used now but had this magical moment on the coast coast when that one pair was still soaking work from yesterday and it's like don't worry got another pair in the yeah I mean these it's like yeah that was the apex of my running line the the trainers that you'll see in the photo that was taken very much Greek hill warn but I don't really count that at like yeah and they're wearing down slower than the non-named expensive well the expensive ones are designed to wear out aren't they yes that's not an accident you can make a decision to make a run of shoe that only I just scum a capitalism at the age of 43 yeah and I always come up against it because of the way my brain works and this is true in every aspect of things that are required is that I don't I'm happy to only shop once you know I mean I found a moistureizer I like oh I see and you buy ten of them so I'll just replace those yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah capitalism insists on changing things up and replacing things and I'm like why did you do that yeah
what's the one that's my slightly out one so so tell me yeah let's wrap this thing up I've got one more topic I want to go ahead do you mind no hit me because I was going to ask you some stuff so I'm imagining yeah we've been twice on a park you see oh you go yeah let's do it I'm imagining in your demographic you probably got quite a few women over 40 I hope so yeah I reckon listeners yeah yeah I want to share with them I'm no expert but I'm guided by science and my sister who is a doctor yeah I want to share the epiphany I've had on supplements good for women in their 40s and beyond so I good spill shit that I was hoping you were going to talk bros because that's the subject I find fascinating always where okay well I've had another epiphany it's been a summer of piffneys you ready yeah ladies yeah out all people who then fights female who choose to wear our sports bra yeah did you know you can take out then padded cups they're not there for anything but looks and when they get all skew if when you wash them and it's really
annoying putting them back in the right place you can just remove them and you're still just as protected so there you go great about loads of women are going yeah oh look it's not time price but it's time prices wife she's got her headphones in hi Beth oh she's talking she's on a phone call oops so good that's useful thank you okay final thing was I went fully down the rabbit hole on supplements both as a woman but also as a someone training quite regularly and I was doing the full compliments so Gemini told me I need to be on the collagen I need to be on the colostrums I need to be on the K2 Julie's on collagen but it has to be a vegan collagen obviously yeah which is actually quite easy to find out yes yep um need to be on the creatines need to be on the bit and need to be on the satan the other yeah honestly it was exhausting so I spoke to my sister you know time for dinner after all that's my delightful dinner of bovine colostrum my sister's a doctor is that literally colostrum like yeah yeah it's from cows
wait that I've just given birth yeah it works from the nipples yeah oh Jesus oh Jesus yeah it doesn't sound vegan my sister it doesn't sound vegan at all oh no no sorry I can't buy vegan no I'm talking about collagen you can get good vegan collagen oh yeah no but it's from like I was from like colostrum yeah I know you were sorry sorry I was hoping it would end oh okay my sister doctor ran my house from Australia as pod fans will know yeah doctor oh yeah said that did not order it in my cupboard she said I've been there she's like you don't need this isn't this isn't this she's like all you really need so one thing that's made the biggest change in my life the reason it is is creatine creatine in terms of bustle time and creatine in terms of brain fog okay actively change my life so now I've sacked them all off and I am purely creatine focus so my advice is if you're in a similar quandary about a cocktail of drugs take every morning yeah that you know not drugs helpful supplements one expert telling you this and not to say this one influences how can you that I say stick with the creatine unless you
have health needs the required other medication I'm not a certified doctor I'm just going to be interesting because I'm not sure how often you and Paul talk about you know creatine colostrum and vitamin well no it's the same that's why it's great to have me on because we don't we don't know from chaining apps or or indeed measurement apps like java and we don't know from supplements although to be fair I do know at have H.U. one every day now oh yeah it really helps me yeah it helps my digestion which is which is skew if yeah so with but you know like you I keep it quite simple eighty one and prunes prunes yeah old school baby oh my god so I love a prune you have to listen to the poo pod for more detail no no no oh god don't so listen I've got one more thing but before you go I'm just going to say as ever let's just go stick around and get some subscriber only content wow only fans if you
didn't it not quite oh I mean only fans there's not only fans do if you don't already subscribe to the fan feed and you can hear all that but this here in the regular feed let's just sum up that future so you're still you're still a regular hybrid fields obza you want to get that PB you're going to try and push your PB in the autumn obza very interesting lifelong quest how many parkons we've done oh we did by 300 the other week hey so we have the under one now that's very impressive when's the next miles done after 250 yeah not with 500 oh my god yeah I've got 200 coming up it sounds like nothing now you got to get you 50 babes I wouldn't mind getting a PB on my 200 yeah it's going to take some quite serious training for me to have how far off do you think you are at the minute from your 5k pv about two and a half minutes okay so as far as it well on the base of what 19 or something it's 19 and a half to two there you go
so yeah that's not going to happen but I'll give it go and um and then you've got potential London in the spring and Richmond half in November I think yeah lovely yeah I'm doing the shortage half oh yeah a week a week on Sunday are we going to say where's that well it's already in shortage doesn't finish in shortage but it comes basically nearly to here is that what goes all around the shortage half is that a regular thing well I know the shortage 10k it wasn't the shortage 10k last year I asked the shortage half okay nice next year it's going to be nice the shortage marathon and what's that the shortage ultra and what are your hopes for the shortage half well it's the beginning of it's part of my getting back into fitness for the up marathon so I'm going to try and run it at pace and see what I can come up with so best case scenario really strong half marathon time more realistically pacey half marathon time like just the time that comes in that suggests that I wasn't just jogging around you know okay and the other thing is though it's fitting into the
training power of yet to do this but I think what I might do is risk my time against a light drop down to the start because it's very local and I'm trying to get my marathon mileage up and specifically in London I'm fated yeah and I fated pace wise in London after 16 so I really do want to just do a little bit of trying to hold pace into high mileage yeah so I think that even though it sounds like a bit of a juxtaposition juxtapose just just a politely just suppose I jack suppose with you no yeah lovely stuff super furry so yeah I think it might be two miles to the start probably less and then still run it as fast again so that is well now I'm so out loud that sounds like really ambitious for me well you know once you speak into existence on run compot it is so it is it is yes that's right you know the truth as a head
of us so well this has been absolutely wonderful thank you for returning oh what a good morning thank you for having me I love it this is the place where you look or listen to the stuff that most of my friends and family won't listen to yeah yeah it's geeky running cat that's what it's for us all we're all here to and actually in all seriousness listeners we'd love to keep up the conversation about things that we don't know anything about because Paul and I are a lot of it's you know but if you want on running compot you to be able to talk about you know subcreening Strava yeah runner Jim and I if any of you who did the good send me a nananananine that kind of stuff my space you were my top friends yeah still still cracking his neck from turning around the camera yeah um but in all seriousness if any of your listeners have any questions on any of the things like I've talked about feel free to see me I'm at PCLPR he said why I don't answer happily chat about it for days and as I say subscribe to the fan feed for more oh and listen to bit bit funny my podcast of course
