President Trump says Iran is begging to make a deal with the U.S. He made the comment while holding a cabinet meeting this morning at the White House. I don't know if we'll be able to do that, I don't know if we're willing to do that. They should have done that four weeks ago. They should have done it two years ago. This says the U.S. Israeli war with Iran is nearing the one month mark.

1:02Trump went on a stress again that Iran can't be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. He added that if the U.S. didn't strike last summer, Iran would have had a nuclear weapon within two weeks. The Pentagon is sending more troops to the Middle East as the war rages on. That includes elements of the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division. The deployment adds to the growing presence of U.S. forces in the region nearly one month after the start. Of Operation Epic Fury. Deposed Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro was appearing in court in New York City today. It comes nearly three months after he was captured in a U.S. military raid on his compound in Caracas. Maduro, who was captured along with his wife, Silia Flores, is pleading not guilty to a number of charges related to narco terrorism. His lawyer is expected to try and have the case dismissed. Travelers heading to airports across the country may run into long lines at TSA checkpoints. It comes after the Senate failed to pass a spending bill yesterday that would have ended the partial government shutdown and fun homeland security. Airports have been dealing with TSA staffing shortages as agents go without pay causing lines at security checkpoints to stretch for hours.

2:06The runway at LaGuardia Airport is now back open following Sunday's collision between a plane landing and an airport vehicle. runway 4 reopened this morning after the Air Canada plane was towed away yesterday. Meanwhile, the NTSB is expected to soon interview the two firefighters who were inside the airport fire truck that was hit by the Air Canada plane while it was landing. Investigators want to know if the two heard the Air Traffic Controller's repeated command to stop driving as that vehicle was crossing the runway before the crash. Today the bodies of the two pilots killed in the crash are being flown back to their home communities in Canada. I'm Chris Courageo. The Supreme Court is citing with Cox communications in its billion dollar lawsuit over pirated music, more from Tammy Trujillo. More than 50 labels joined together to sue Cox in 2018, accusing the Internet service provider of failing to respond to thousands of infringement notices, cut off Internet access for repeat infringers or take other piracy deterrent steps. However, justice's determined Cox communication cannot be held liable for piracy by his Internet service subscribers of songs owned by Sony Music, Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group and other labels.
