New York's LaGuardia airport remains closed after a pilot and co-pilot of an air Canada regional jet were killed when their plane collided with a vehicle on the runway last night. Port Authority officials say the plane was arriving from Montreal and collided on runway four with a port authority rescue vehicle that was responding to an incident with a united plane. The airport is closed until at least 2 p.m. Eastern as the NTSB investigates. President Trump says he's putting strikes against Iranian power plants on hold as discussions to end the war are ongoing. He said talks took place on Sunday

1:02and will continue throughout the day today. He described the talks as very, very strong, saying they went perfectly, but he's outlying conditions by which he wants to make a deal. Decarper reports, those conditions include having Tehran and all uranium enrichment and that it hand over all of its uranium so it cannot build a nuclear weapon. Trump had threatened to target the facilities if Iran didn't reopen the Strait of Armours. Speaking to reporters today, Trump said he will delay strikes for five days as talks proceed. Meantime, Iran claims no direct talks have been held. Stocks are soaring on Wall Street that Dow Jones' industrial average has been up over 1100 points at times today. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ have both been up over 2% as well. The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over whether states can count mail-in ballots that are post-marked by Election Day, but that arrive late. All 50 states require mail-in ballots to be post-marked by Election Day, but 14 states have grace periods. Four states have past laws eliminating those grace periods

Anybody with an iPhone can now be targeted with invasive malware that steals personal text messages, photos, notes, and calendar data. Researchers at Google and I verify and look out uncovered two campaigns exploding iPhone vulnerabilities. Earlier this month, Google researchers said they identified a sophisticated iPhone hacking toolkit called Karuna, originally built for an unnamed government customer that was taken over by a Chinese cyber criminal group. Researchers said back on Wednesday, they found another iPhone hacking kit called Darksword that can instantly infect iPhones visiting specific websites

The Senate voted Sunday 54 to 37 to advance the Oklahoma Republican Senator's nomination and clear the way for a final confirmation vote today or tomorrow.
