Scott Carr has that story from Washington. According to multiple reports, federal prosecutors in Miami issue the subpoenape as part of a DOJ investigation into former officials who have been involved in investigating President Trump. In 2016, Kami oversaw an investigation into allegations Trump's presidential campaign colluded with Russia. Reports say the DOJ probe centers on whether officials in the Obama administration broke the law when investigating alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election. I'm Scott Carr in Washington. A man in New York's pleading guilty to threatening the family of the insurance CEO who was allegedly murdered by Luigi Mangione, the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of New York says 40-year-old Shane Daly has pleaded guilty to cyber stocking. Daly admitted to threatening the family of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

2:03Shortly after Thompson was shot on a New York City sidewalk in December of 24. He confessed to placing multiple calls to a work phone used by a member of Thompson's family and to saying Thompson's children deserved a similar fate. Daly will be sentenced in July. Chuck Norris is recovering after landing in the hospital due to a medical emergency in Hawaii. This happened on Wednesday on the island of Kauai. The nature of the incident is not clear, but insiders told TMZ that Norris bounced back immediately. They say he was training on the island Wednesday and cracking jokes. The 86-year-old actress said to be in good spirits. I'm Tammy Trujillo. Cities and states around the country are working to distance themselves from the Caesar Chavez name, Wendy Swanson has more. A bombshell New York Times reports as the late civil rights icon and leader of the United Farm Workers Union sexually assaulted several women decades ago. His birthday is a state holiday in California and Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass says she's changing Caesar Chavez Day to Farm Workers Day.

3:05In Arizona, Governor Katie Hobbs' office announced the state will not recognize Caesar Chavez Day on March 31st. Dozens of U.S. streets, schools, and parks bear his name. I'm Wendy Swanson. The White House will reportedly give Congress its suggestions today for regulating artificial intelligence. Calls for regulation have been growing as the pace of AI development and the use of it has accelerated. The Trump administration plan reportedly involves safeguards to protect children online. There's also a desire in the White House to make sure federal regulation supersede any patchwork of laws passed by state governments. A new study says the heart benefits of GLP1 drugs begin to fade soon after patients stop taking the medication. Michael Casner has those details. Past studies have found that a major benefit of the medication is that it greatly reduces the risk of heart attacks. But now a large study in Missouri has found that heart attack risks begin to return as early as six months after stopping the drug. The study published Wednesday said patients need to maintain treatment with GLP1 medications in order to continue seeing the heart benefits.

4:10Honolulu has landed at the bottom of US obesity rankings. According to a study by Wallet Hub, the city has ranked 100th out of 100 cities overall amongst the most overweight and obese cities in the nation. The study compared 100 of the most populated US metro areas across 19 indicators tied to weight and health, including physical inactivity, access to healthy food, and percentage of diabetic adults. Little Rock Arkansas, McAllen Texas, and Memphis, Tennessee were all at the top of the list. I'm Tammy Trujillo.
