1:00Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard says the US and Israel have different objectives in the Iran War. In a House Intelligence Committee hearing on Thursday, Gabbard said the Israeli government has been focused on disabling the Iranian leadership and taking out several members. She said President Trump's objectives are to destroy Iran's ballistic missiles, its navy, and mind-laying capability. The FCC has approved next Rs. 6.2 billion dollar proposal to take over Tegna. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said the agency waived a rule that stops companies remoning TV stations that reach over 39% of the country's households. Multiple states are filing a lawsuit now to block the deal. They argue the merger violates antitrust laws and threatens local news. The combined entity would reach some 60% of households in the US. Cities and states across the country are grappling with how to create distance from the Caesar Chavez name. That story from Wendy Swanson. A bombshell New York Times reports as the late civil rights icon and leader of the United Farm Workers Union sexually assaulted several women decades ago. The NCAA men's basketball tournament is off to a hot start. On Thursday, 12 seed high point upset five seed Wisconsin and nine seeded TCU toppled eight seed Ohio State. Overall, number one seed due killed on to beat Sienna. Meanwhile, South region number one seed Michigan took down Howard. And last year's runner up Houston capped off the action by beating Idaho. I'm Tammy Trehio. Former FBI director James Comey is being subpoenaed by the Justice Department. Scott Carr has more from Washington. According to multiple reports, federal prosecutors in Miami issued the subpoena as part of a DOJ investigation into former officials who have been involved in investigating President Trump. In 2016, Comey oversaw an investigation into allegations Trump's presidential campaign colluded with Russia. Reports say the DOJ probe centers on whether officials in the Obama administration broke the law when investigating alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election.

3:16I'm Scott Carr in Washington. The Affordable Care Act in Roles are reportedly cutting back on spending as health care has become more expensive. A new KFF poll released this week found 55% of returning ACA marketplace in Roles said they're already or are planning to cut back on food or basic household items to afford health care related costs. According to the findings, 78% of respondents thought Congress did the wrong thing by letting the enhanced premium tax credits expire. Nearly two-thirds of those surveyed said looking at health insurance options for 2026 made them feel worried. 52% said it made them feel angry and 46% said it confused them. In London, still the world's happiest country, Mark Mayfield explains. Happy, happy joy, joy. Happy, happy joy. Happy, happy joy.
