Joint base McGuire Dick's Lakehurst activated an FBI con Charlie, a terror-related security level after suspicious packages turned up Tuesday. All non-essential personnel were ordered to leave the base, and in a late afternoon update, official said security officers have determined that the packages posed no threat, but that increased security measures are in place.
