The Kentucky Republican wrote the committee believes Bondi possesses valuable insight into the investigations surrounding the convicted sex offender. The subpoena comes after five Republicans on the committee joined all Democrats earlier this month to vote to Cole on Bondi to testify. Stock futures are on the rise before the opening belt on Michael Casner. Iran is negotiating with FIFA to move its world cup games out of the United States, more from Matt Matinson. That's according to a message from the president of the Iranian Football Federation shared by the Iranian Embassy in Mexico on social media. This comes after President Trump has made comments saying he doesn't believe it would be appropriate for Iran to take part in this summer's tournament. Iran is set to begin the tournament with two matches in Los Angeles.

The White Base McGuire-Dix Lakehurst activated an FBI con Charlie, a terror-related security level after suspicious packages turned up Tuesday. All non-essential personnel were ordered to leave the base and in a late afternoon update, official said security officers have determined that the packages pose no threat, but that increased security measures are in place.
