The 200-year-old company behind the Merriam Webster dictionaries is suing open AI in cyclopedia Britannica says the artificial intelligence firm is infringing on its copyrighted material by using the dictionaries online articles to train its technology. Britannica says this has cannibalized its web traffic and led to lost ad revenue. The New York Times has a similar ongoing lawsuit against open AI.

3:03Three unidentified miners are suing Elon Musk's AI company in a Northern California federal court for allegedly making sexualized images of children. The plaintiffs are seeking class action status for any kids who had their images altered and sexualized by XAI. All three of the plaintiffs say they were alerted to the alleged child pornography by classmates or law enforcement. Apple is unveiling its AirPods Max 2. They're going for $549 and include noise canceling features the premium headphones will be available for pre-order on March 25th. The US recorded music industry is reaching a record high for 2025 sales, more from Mark Mayfield. The RIA's Year-End Revenue Report shows the industry made $11.5 billion in revenue in 2025 with vinyl sales surpassing $1 billion for the first time since 1983.

4:03Taylor Swift leads vinyl sales from her album, The Life of a Showgirl, selling around $1.6 million units. Sabrina Carpenter's last two albums sold nearly $600,000 vinyl units last year.
