Federal investigators say the truck attack on Temple is real in West Bloomfield, Michigan was a deliberate act of violence targeting the Jewish community. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said Temple Security stopped the threat by killing the suspect and no children or staff were hurt. The Department of Homeland Security identified the suspect as Iman, Muhammad, Ghazale.

The FBI says a shooting at Old Dominion University was an act of terrorism carried out by a gunman who ties to ISIS. Mark Mayfield reports. The attacker killed one person and wounded two others while reportedly shouting al-ahu Akbar. Authorities identify the shooter as Muhammad Baylor Jalow, a former National Guardsman who pleaded guilty in 2016 to attempting to provide material support to ISIS. He was sentenced to prison and released in 2024. The two injured victims are hospitalized in stable condition. The White House is pushing back on a report about Iran wanting to attack the West Coast using drones. In a post on Express Secretary Caroline Levitt said ABC News based its report on one email sent to California law enforcement about a single unverified tip.

Sarah Lee Kessler reports. Judge Richard Hurtling of the federal claims court in Washington has dismissed six of eight counts in the lawsuit of the Trump administration, temporarily freezing funds for a new rail tunnel under the Hudson River. That happened last October and led to a thousand construction worker layoffs stopping work on the $16 billion project for more than a week last month.

Los Angeles can expect to see the Mercury reach 98 degrees tomorrow. That's almost touching a marked record set back in 1879. Temperatures throughout the region are expected to be 20 to 30 degrees above normal. That's according to the National Weather Service and in Phoenix temperatures could hit 100 degrees next week. That's breaking a nearly four decade-old record.

4:11It comes after a very warm February already saw a string of days reaching 90 degrees. I'm Lisa Carton. The Artemis II test flight around the moon could launch as early as April 1st. NASA announced the new target gate Thursday after its latest flight readiness review for the crew to mission. NASA had planned to launch Artemis II earlier this month but had to reschedule after engineers found a helium leak in the fueling system.
