The person who attacked a Michigan synagogue has been killed. The attack took place at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, northwest of Detroit, when an armed person crashed a vehicle into the temple that had children inside. 1:00No kids or no staff was injured whatsoever. So we have no victims. Other than one of the lead security people was hit by the car and was taken to the hospital. Authorities say the driver is deceased and their badly burned body remains are still at the side of the crash impact inside the building. A security guard was not unconscious after being struck by the suspect's vehicle, but there are no other confirmed injuries. Officers are looking for any explosives that might be inside the vehicle. Iran's new Supreme Leader pledges to keep blocking the straight of Hormuz and to avenge the blood of the martyrs. Oil prices continue to rise while stocks plummet on Wall Street. The Dow has been down over 600 points at times today. The tech-heavy Nasdaq and the S&P 500 have also been down over 1%. Here in the U.S., gas prices have skyrocketed. Meanwhile, there are plans to release 172 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve as the war against Iran rages on now in its second week. I'm Lisa Karten. Speaking at a campaign rally-type speech in Hebron, Kentucky on Wednesday, Trump said he passed the biggest tax cuts in history through the passage of the big, beautiful bill.

Earlier Wednesday, Trump was in Ohio during a pharmaceutical company in the Cincinnati area. Energy markets remain on edge as the war with Iran continues. Laura Westbrook reports. It comes as oil prices rose again. As reports said, two fuel tankers in Iraqi waters had been struck by Iranian boats. An Iraqi official reportedly told state media that its oil ports have completely stopped operations. Over 9-3 more ships came under suspected Iranian attack in the Persian Gulf. The oil prices spiked briefly again over $100 a barrel before dropping back down into the 90s. Iran has reportedly warned that oil prices could reach $200 a barrel. Yesterday, the International Energy Agency announced that its members will release $400 million barrels of oil from their reserve. The U.S. plans to release $172 million barrels

4:03from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. A former accountant for the late sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein said he didn't know about his abuse of women until after his death. Richard Khan who handled Epstein's finances and other matters late in Epstein's life testified before the House Oversight Committee Wednesday. He said if he had known about his crimes, he would have quit immediately. House Democrats in the closed-door hearing later said contestified about a settlement Epstein reached with a person who had made accusations against President Trump.
