Federal judges in New Jersey are now threatening to dismiss pending criminal cases after the latest Trump appointees to the U.S. Attorney's Office were again rejected Monday, more from Andrew Whitman. In December, federal judges in New Jersey ruled that former Trump personal attorney Alina Habba was appointed U.S. Attorney for the state illegally.

3:04She was appointed on an interim basis and tried to stay on the job after her interim appointment expired. The Justice Department replaced Habba with three people.
