1:02Saturday President Trump attended a dignified transfer ceremony at Dover Air Force Base as the remains of six US service members killed in the conflict were returned to American soil. Analysts say gas prices continue to rise in large part due to the conflict. AAA reports the national average is now $3.45 a gallon up from Saturday's 341. In Manhattan, six people have been arrested after suspicious devices were thrown during an anti-Islam protest outside of Gracie Mansion, home to New York City's mayor, Zoran Mamdani, Lisa Salvaties in New York. Please say it happened around noon near the mayor's official home on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The anti-Islam protest was led by Jake Lang, who was a January 6th far-right rioter, pardoned by President Trump. ABC7 reports it was also a counter-protest and that two of those protesters lit in through devices with at least one device generating smoke. Two counter-protesters were arrested for allegedly handling the devices while four others were

2:02charged with disorderly conduct. Mayor Mamdani's press secretary and a statement said the crusade against Islamification by Jake Lang, a vile white supremacist, is despicable and Islamophobic. I'm Lisa Salvatie in New York. A severe weather system has brought death and destruction to parts of the Midwest and the plain states. Four people are confirmed dead in Michigan and the deadliest tornado outbreak that state has seen in decades. An EF-2 tornado in Oklahoma killed a mother and daughter while another twister left two others dead. More than a dozen confirmed tornadoes have touched down in both states over the past few days. A math teacher and golf coach and Gainesville, Georgia, has died after a group of teenagers allegedly covered his house with toilet paper, tripping in the road after confronting the teens and then being run over by a truck. Police in Hall County say a group of teens were trying to play a prank at the home of 40-year-old Jaden Hughes, fleeing in two vehicles when Hughes confronted them.

3:02Hughes was run over by a pickup truck, driven by 18-year-old Jaden Wallace, who's now charged with vehicular homicide. Four other teens were also arrested. As gas prices continue to rise, the Trump administration is getting creative in its attempts to produce more oil in the U.S. Jason Nathanson has more from California. President Trump could do an enrunner on California laws to let a company restart oil production off the Santa Barbara coast. The U.S. Department of Justice put out a legal opinion this week that says it would be legal for the president to use the Defense Production Act of 1950 to allow the company Sable to start using a pipeline that broke in 2015, causing one of the biggest oil spills in state history. Sable bought the pipeline in 2024 and says it fixed the problems, but state officials aren't convinced and haven't granted Sable approval to use it. There's a couple of new films hitting theaters this weekend. A revolutionary technology that gives us unprecedented access to the animal world. Kixar's hoppers made $3.2 million from Thursday previews. Meanwhile Maggie Gyllenhaal's The Bride reeled in 1 million.

Meanwhile, the reimagining of the bride of Frankenstein starring Jesse Buckley, who's nominated for a Best Actress Oscar this year for her role in Hamnet, is looking for a haul between 10 and 15 million dollars.
