President Trump's cabinet is seeing his first major shake-up of his second term, Christy Knome is out as Homeland Security Secretary. Picked to replace her is Oklahoma Republican Senator Mark Wayne Mullin. He still needs to be confirmed by the Senate but Mullin says his plan is to build off things that didn't quite go as planned at DHS.

Or Secretary Pete Hegseth says Iran is hoping that the U.S. cannot sustain Operation Epic Fury and that would be a mistake. This means the partial government shutdown of DHS will continue as Democrats remain locked in a stalemate with the White House over funding the department. The party is holding out four reforms after the death of two U.S. citizens in Minneapolis in ice-envolved shootings. One of those reforms came after Kristi Noem was removed from her position as DHS Secretary Thursday,

with GOP Senator Mark Wayne Mullin nominated as her replacement. I'm Mark Mayfield. A memorial service for the late Reverend Jesse Jackson will be held today in Chicago. Former President Obama Clinton and Biden are expected to attend the celebration of life ceremony at the House of Hope Arena. The famed civil rights activist ordained Baptist Minister and two-time Democratic presidential candidate died at the age of 84 last month. Britney Spears has been arrested for driving under the influence in California. Spears was arrested Wednesday night in Ventura County, but a sense been released. TMZ reports she was taken to the hospital after being pulled over so police could draw her blood. I'm Tammy Trujillo. Today's show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie made a visit to the New York studio as the search for her mother continues in Southern Arizona. Natalie Migliari reports. A spokesperson says Savannah Guthrie stopped by the studio more than a month after her 84-year-old mother's disappearance to thank her colleagues for their support. Guthrie plans to return to the show on air, but the spokesperson says she currently remains focused on supporting her family and working to bring her mother home.

Even though authorities manage to access surveillance footage from the night she was abducted, clues have been scarce. The family's offering $1 million for Nancy's recovery. I'm Natalie Migliari, NBC News Radio. Netflix is acquiring an AI film making startup founded by actor Ben Affleck. Matt Madison has details. Inter-positive built an AI model based on existing production dailies, letting the filmmaker introduce that model into the post-production process. It then provides the ability to mix in color, relied shots, and add visual effects. Netflix says it saw Affleck's company providing a unique set of AI tools that keeps filmmakers at the center of the process. The streaming service will offer access to the tech to its creative partners, having no plans to sell it commercially.

I'm Matt Matinsen. An upcoming professional women's hockey league game at New York's Madison Square Garden is expected to set a new US attendance record. The New York sirens and the Seattle torrent have sold out the arena for their games set for April 4th. The current attendance record was set on February 27th at Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena, where a crowd of 17,335 fans watched the torrent take on the Toronto sceptors. I'm Tammy Trujillo.
