Oil shipping is nearly stopped through the straight of her moves as Iran threatens to attack any tanker that tries to pass through the corridor. About one-fifth of the world's oil typically moves through the strait, moving that ground to a halt after U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran. Someone hundred and fifty tankers have been left stranded, and the situation is causing oil prices to surge. Companies are rerouting ships around the southern tip of Africa, which is greatly increasing shipping times and costs. About 70% of the oil sent through the straight is bound for Asia. Two suspected Iranian drones are responsible for an explosion at the U.S. Embassy in Saudi Arabia.

1:01Mark Mayfield has details. The embassy located in Riyadh was hit by the drone's Monday night. The Saudi defense ministry said on X that it resulted in a limited fire and minor material damage to the building with no injuries on Mark Mayfield. The Supreme Court has blocked California from enforcing rules that limit when schools can tell parents if a student identifies as transgender. In a six to three ruling, the justices said parents seeking religious exemptions are likely to win their cases, letting a lower court's decision stand. The state's policy requires teachers to use a student's preferred pronouns. And in some cases, keep a child's gender identity confidential. California officials say the rules are meant to balance parental rights with student privacy as the legal fight moves forward. A third victim has died following the deadly shooting in Austin, Texas over the weekend. A gunman opened fire outside a bar in Austin, six three district early Sunday morning, killing two people in injuring 14 more before he was killed by police. 2:02A Jeffrey Epstein walk of shame display has appeared near the White House. The display is a play on the famous Hollywood walk of fame with stickers of stars displaying names that appear in the Epstein case files released by the Department of Justice. Some of those names include Elaine Maxwell, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik, the former Prince Andrew and former President Bill Clinton. It's not clear who's behind the display. I'm Tammy Trujillo. Americans trapped in the Middle East are speaking out as they try to find a way to return to the United States. Chris Caragio reports almost 3,000 flights were canceled Sunday, two and from airports across the Middle East and cancellations are likely to be extended. Travel disruptions come after Israel and the U.S. launched a surprise bombardment on Iran, killing the country's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Hamani. Some of those trapped American citizens have begun sharing their experience during this time with one Oklahoma City resident explaining that she was beyond scared while a father and daughter duo from North Carolina remained in Jerusalem as of Sunday. 3:02A federal appeals court is rejecting a Trump administration requested delay issuing tariff refunds after the Supreme Court ruled last month that most of President Trump's global tariffs are illegal. The administration wanted 90 days to try and find a political solution. The Supreme Court decision ushered in numerous lawsuits seeking refunds from companies, including FedEx and Costco. Monday's ruling let's the process begin now. Paramount is set to release 30 films a year in theaters once it merges with Warner Brothers Discovery. Jim Roup has details. The news comes after Warner Brothers Discovery has agreed to be acquired by Paramount Skydance for $110 billion. Paramount CEO David Ellison tells investors that they are committed to delivering a broad pipeline of high quality storytelling, including 15 theatrical films per year per studio. Ellison's also reassuring that the studios will honor a 45 day theatrical window before their films debut on the streaming services. There is skepticism surrounding the development of enough films as there is more than $78 billion in combined debt between both companies.
