Iran has retaliated with attacks on Israel and U.S. military bases in the region, resulting in the deaths of six U.S. service members. The study gave students in grade seven to nine the choice of two start times. 95% of the students chose the later start and took an extra 45 minutes of sleep. What researchers found was the kids performed better on standardized tests in math and English. Psychologists say it's not a surprise as teenagers are biologically wired to a later sleep and wake pattern. 51% of the teachers also like the later start.
