2:05Okay, okay, you know what, moving too fast, bottom line. Are you in or are you now? You know how to what? No type of question. Just action. Aim for hours. Well, then I'm out. I'm sorry, Jet. Actually, you're already in. Are you in or are you out? On sports, 1440. I thought you would go, I'm in, Bob. We would have had a really cool moment. But you kind of ruined the whole thing. All right, Duke. Hunter Buck. We wanted a Saturday afternoon. The Oilers wrapped their California trip with a loss to the San Jose Sharks with the benefit of hindsight. These three games coming out of the break, they're resounding eight-one win in Los Angeles a couple nights previous. Looks more like a product of the King's Poor Play than it does the Oilers actually playing well at Crypto.com arena. We've seen some poor goal tending. Oh, man, this stretch, holy. Three straight games, oh well. It wasn't last goal wins in the King's game, but the King's both goal is like sworn up for both of them. Was last goal wins in the Ducks game?

3:06Was looking last goal wins on Saturday afternoon? Well, the goal tending by the King's by both goalies in that game, absolutely abysmal. To answer the question, yeah, I'll go in and that's so bad the King's looking and then it's funny. Then they shut out to nothing or was an empty net goal, I think, right? So basically a one-nothing game right after that. Yeah, I mean, LA just was horrific that game and everything that the Oilers were putting on that was going in. And even beyond the actual goal totals and, you know, Alman has a couple of tucks and Nurse looks a lot more effective and all these, so was that just a product of, yes, the King's goal thing was bad, but also the rest of the team was just like not having it, right? And so it's kind of easy to say when you're up against a substantially inferior opponent, even if it is just for a night, it can, it can all of a sudden mask a lot of your own issues that maybe still exist in persistence. And I'm not trying to say the Oilers were, were dog water in that game.

4:08They won a won, they deserve all the credit. But when you have that sandwiched around the efforts in Anaheim and San Jose, particularly defensively, I really don't think you can save like, oh, yeah, they turned it around for a game and then they regressed. No, I think they just had the benefit of a bad King's team and then it was the same everywhere else essentially. I think you could see that the King's quit in that game. Oh, for sure. Sure, you could. I was in a lot tried to get something going at this Fredrick, but other than that, there was nothing. Nothing. They were pretty much happy to regard this as a final score, you know, leave their own arena with their tail between their legs and try again a couple nights later against the flames. Like, that is, that's what it looked almost the entirety of the third period, if not even sooner. Yeah, not ready to completely mail it in on this season for the others as it does seem like a good contingency of our textures are this morning saying, punt on this year, sell off a few things that you can and, you know, reload for next season.

5:09I don't think the others are in that position at all, but certainly not very promising after this post-Olympic stretch down in California. Exactly. Yesterday afternoon, two oilers were placed on waivers, Andrew Mangiapani and Alec Urgula, the forward and defensemen respectively, weigh in some percentages of three possible outcomes here as the cycle will finish and we'll get official news on these two guys later on today around noon, our time, neither get claimed. I'm going to pick that at 60 percent. One of them getting claimed 40 percent, both get claimed, well, the numbers don't lie. That adds up to zero percent. I think I'm out only because the numbers, they don't add up for me, but when I look at 20 percent for Urgula and zero for Mangiapani, so I think that would be looking at what one getting claimed that would be 20 percent, I think it's, well, I'm just saying one or the other. Well, man, I think Andrew Mangiapani's chances zero zero. So, and I think Urgula is maybe a one in five. So you think you think is 20 percent, not the 40 that I'm giving?

6:10Yeah. So I just think no one even sniffs her on Mangiapani because of his contract. Urgula is at 775, right? And then that's so that's why I give it a little bit higher in the sense that it's kind of a catch 22 for me because if people are watching the Oilers and say how bad they are defensively and they can't even crack this group, is he worthy of taking a flyer on butt and low tide brought it up when you guys were talking to him, like eight, the low cost, and it's the time of the year where there's plenty of team searching for some depth, an extra body, enough factors and considered here that I think that the 40 percent number maybe is still feasible. Imagine the Leafs taking them so they take Stetcher and Urgula. And they make a valiant comeback effort and seize the run-up playoffs. They're paired up and they're playing regular time and the Leafs make the playoffs. Wouldn't that be something? That wouldn't be something. I'm sure our text line would respond very, very appropriately.

7:12And mildly. Yeah. Without a doubt. And maybe there's a team out there, two Duke that could make a trade, right? Like, let's just say, I'm going to use Winnipeg for an example. So maybe they trade, you know, Stan Lee away, we need another guy to play, you know, something like that. That's just one player that just off the top of my hand. It's a fair example. And as you said, just an example, any number of teams, any number of selling teams could be in the same situation. Urgula has shown like he can play in the NHL third pairing. It's not going to be pretty all the time. But there is still enough elements there to like the player, I think. And so that's why I, you know, this arbitrary number of 40 percent, I think, is still a decent one. Not quite 50-50, but maybe just below. Rather, the rest of the NHL, we wait for the big shoe to drop here to kick off deadline a week. And then we're going to have an interview yesterday that saw the flyers and Boris Conchuk out of town. The Dallas stars, I think, are, are have emerged.

8:14If they weren't already, maybe is the caveat here, have emerged as the biggest buyer, the biggest player as we approach Friday's deadline because of the decision to officially put Tyler Sagan on season ending injured reserve. Yeah, what's that given? Almost 10 million. Yeah. Yeah. Here's via Frank Saravoli in his article over at Hoggy Toy for seven, outlining his top 50 trade target sport from Saturday morning. He says that 9.8, 5 million in salary cap space left now available. And, you know, maybe Tyler Myers has tied there. That'd be a potential three million still leaves him some other change. And maybe there's a guy going out the door the other way, lots of, lots of different elements here. But in this arms race, they saw Colorado bolster their D a little bit and maybe he's continued to look a move because of the money that freed up in the deal. Minnesota already landed Quinn Hughes is still hunting for a top line center. Yes, Dallas added ranting and last year and then signed them to keep them on board. But I think they they'll be Jones and to do something here to try and keep pace. Sure.

9:14I'll go in just because again, that flexibility. And I mean, we're talking 10 mil just under 10 mil at 9.8, 5. That's a that's that's either one really big splash or a couple good ones, right, depending on how they want to address their roster. We had a text even earlier about stone. Look like someone just like a like a feather tap. No, I just we actually just saw the replay here as a sports center before. And because everyone he wanted to know if the playoff salary cap still the cap compliance was next year. Starting this year. It's this year. So yeah. I mean, Vegas has got a little bit of cap space to move around too. So I wouldn't be surprised. And you know how much they like to deal and stuff like that, Duke. So they got a little wiggle room here. It could be another team just like you say with Dallas having that affordability. Now Vegas has the opportunity to possibly. The hustle doesn't have to hurt. Another NFL Combine week is behind us wrapped up from Indianapolis and one of the off-field headlines from the tail end of last week was the Colts reportedly giving Anthony Richardson and his camp permission to find a trade partner. This is a former top five pick, really, really volatile. There's a couple of seasons in the NFL from both his play, his attitude, pulling himself out of a game because he's tired and then injuries, which plagued him in college and now into the NFL as well. Listen, I'm not trying to dog a guy and totally bury him, but I don't care where he lands if they find a trade partner, we're not seeing a Sam Darnell type resurgence in Anthony Richardson's future. Not at all. Yeah. I mean, here, that pulling himself out of the game is going to be tight to him forever. Yeah. It'll be tight to him forever and at the time, you know, like just, I remember I was watching

12:21that game and I was thinking, okay, is this really happening? And then I thought, okay, well, maybe there's something more like, should he have not said I had, I tweaked something or maybe they should say a crap or something like anything. But I just don't see him. I see his, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up in the CFL here down the road. You think so? Yeah. That kind of dual thread ability. Yeah. But what, and listen, his physical package is vastly different than what, say, you know, Trayford, particularly a local example because of his size and athleticism. But part of what his issues are so far in the NFL are not that different from what Trayford struggled with in the CFL, which is making the easy throws and simple plays. He hasn't been able to grasp that in the NFL. I, I think that would definitely put a hindrance to his ability to succeed on this side of the border as well. But when you, even when you just look at it, like it's stat line so far in his couple of scenes, like four games played, 11 games played, two games played, and then of that larger

13:26sample size, that was maybe his worst total because eight, eight touchdowns, 12 picks rushing wise. Obviously pretty effective with six touchdowns, but yeah, I don't know. This is all of a sudden just looking like a huge miss by Chris Ballard or Keith Ballard, Keith Ballard, or who, which one's the hockey player? Which one's the GM? Chris Ballard is the GM, I think. Right. Yeah. Right. Keith was the keeper. Yeah. Yeah. When you, when you pick fourth and grab this guy, just purely off of physical elements and nothing else, it is, it's set the Colts back a little bit and then they kind of struck gold with, with Daniel Jones this past year and looking like he's probably going to be back with Indy. At least we're not talking about Harold Ballard. Harold Ballard. That's a ballad. Yeah. Yeah. Do you ever watch that documentary? No, that I have not seen. Yeah. It's, well, this Harold Ballard, like that's way before your time. Of course. But it's worth watching that documentary because how he fell into ownership of the Leafs is insane. Pretty crazy. It's just like unreal. Didn't, uh, didn't exactly do the most commendable job in the role.

14:30I think there was only one player that he got along with and that was Boree Assault Me. Really? Yeah. Yeah. Ran Lanning McDonald at the town. But for some reason, he always like Boree Assault Me and that was, they were like, pretty tight. Interesting. Yeah. Uh, finally, Daniel Craig turns 58 today. Now a very accomplished actor did not give me wrong. Plenty of excellent notches on his IMDB page, but I think it's fair to say he is best known for his portrayal of James Bond in five separate films, the most recent actor to play the 007, but with some recent news in the past year about Amazon is acquiring the right to Amazon MGM, the hunt for the next James Bond is dialed up as high as it's been going back to Craig's ascension of the role. The best fit to play the role next. I'm going with Calum Turner. Huh. Uh, I don't even know who the hell he is.

15:30What? And so to my point, I think that's kind of a good thing. Okay. And I'm not super familiar with him. His is two most notable works, uh, masters of the air, which I have not seen. And it is his best, um, critically, uh, claimed work. Then he did play kind of a secondary role in the fantastic beast series, which is kind of a spin off Harry Potter, uh, prequel. I thought he was really good in that. Do we need like it? Does it have to be like a, like a basically a UK actor? Well, you want an American to be James Bond? Well, you know what I'm saying, like, you know, is that a possibility? I, I don't think so. I think it has to be someone out of, out of the, the British aisle. What's the guy? And then just started, we're watching the picky blinders. What's that mean guy? Silly Murphy. Yeah. Silly and Murphy. He's, I don't think he's big enough tough enough strong enough. Too old. Well, they, and it's okay. So we'll get our, our, in house, cinephile in the mix here on this. I'll tell you what I was done in Mexico, though, Duke. You know, uh, when I came out of the ocean, someone said you look like James Bond. Well, they said similar to that Hartwin Daniel Craig came out of the ocean.

16:32Really? Yeah. Really? Yeah. I have a hard time. No, that was nice of Laura to compliment me like that. Yeah. Imagine Eddie coming out of like a Mexico Eddie coming out of the ocean, looking like that. Yeah. Big tough Eddie. Shizzled. Oh, yeah. Shizzled. But so, so that's in this one. I am, this is much more Josh's element here, but this counter guy, he has a resume, but he's not a household name. Some of the other guys that have been thrown out in one of the most prominent ones, I think, is Tom Holland, who currently is playing Spider-Man in the, in the MCU and for Sony. See, it's a combination of, I think he's too small, a little too scrawny puny to be jitter. Looks like a bit of a pencil neck geek to me too or not. What? Well, he's British. Don't they all kind of have that air of him a little bit, but I don't know. Like Tom Holland doesn't do it for me. And he's also already like carries this huge cache, uh, from celebrity status wise that I don't know if that's the way to go for James Bond actor, am I totally out of touch on that or what? No, he's also talking about like retiring too. Tom Holland.

17:33Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Listen, isn't he like 28? He's made generational wealth. First of all, second of all, he's now married to Zendaya that came out yesterday at the SAG awards. Uh, and that's what he was talking about was once they started having kids, he was done. He's, he just wants to be a stay-at-home dad. He's just ready to golf and drink bureau. I like Calum Turner as a shout. And how about Kevin? I'm sure you're very familiar with the British recording artist. Do Alipa? No, I'm not. Okay. Well, we'll maybe get some levitating going on the show here before we're going to have to. She's, she's very popular. They're one of the biggest in the world pop stars. I would, I feel comfortable saying that in the year 2026, it's his fiance. So maybe she could be a bond girl. So I just punched up a thing that came, uh, some British magazine, Aaron Taylor Johnson. This guy looks like, you know, you see, yeah, he's like, uh, yeah, he was on this list. I was looking at this one. Have you seen him? Is it a pit? Yes. I've seen Aaron Taylor Johnson. Have you seen him with a picture of him in a haircut?

18:33No. He's a handsome. He's a very, well, I'm looking at it with the mop hair. He's still very good looking. Yeah. But I don't, the long hair. Obviously, that's not, that's not James Bond. You got the other guy. Harris Dickinson. He's out. Uh, where's that one? He's on. He's, he's that one right there. Yeah. See, a couple of these other ones I looked at like Dickinson and Jacob Allordy is the other name. I know this is the GQ English, I think it's the site I'm just using as an example. I don't know if I like the, the look of them for, for bond. Well, that's an old picture of Allordy though. Okay. And then, uh, Henry Cavill is several people of Texas, his name and he's on this list too. But speaking of, isn't he pretty old? Uh, he's, he's definitely like getting up there. He's a guy that like fits the, the mold of like who should be, a lot of our textures coming in. But I see him as Superman. Hey, Duke. That's a lot of our textures are coming with Henry Cavill. Have you, have you never seen, uh, the man from Uncle? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.

19:34He was in there. I think that's a, a good like, when what was the TV show he was in that was, uh, Witcher Witcher. Yeah. And then they, did they replace him or was he the guy that replaced someone else? Uh, no, he got replaced because he left the show because he didn't like, uh, they were doing things because he's a big nerd. Shout out. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I have seen clips of that and being a big nerd. Texture Kevin says it's pronounced killing, not silly and correct. And it's Henry Cavill, not Cavill. Oh, wow. Kevin, I just swinging and missing on everything today out of boy, Josh, you've really come through today. Way to go, Josh. Hey, you know what?
