The Kauai 50 Race Recap: Strategy, Training, and Lessons
About this episode
Last week, I raced in the inaugural Kauai 50 Race and finished as 9th place male with a time of 8:18! It was an incredible race where I battled a ton of obstacles, but I learned a lot along the way and was super happy with how the day went!
In this episode, I break down my training for the race, why I picked this race in particular, a look into my strategy for the race, the recap of the events, all of my lessons and takeaways, and suggestions for your own training (whether you are doing this race or not).
Thank you so much for listening and hope you enjoy! And huge thank you to Brady for putting on the Kauai 50!
