Hillary Owen of Driftwood Healing joins us again today inviting us to journey inward as she shares about Internal Family Systems. 

Hillary takes a complex topic like IFS and makes it easy by using imagery and storytelling. We learn that we all have different parts that make up our Internal Family Systems. All of our parts are inherently good but not all of our parts need to have the same authority in our lives. Hillary helps us journey through the expired behavior that is no longer serving us and reclaim the freedom of wholehearted living by embracing all of our parts.
