Alex is the former CEO and owner of Performance Welding, LLC. Performance is an OEM contract manufacturer of metal assemblies based in Little Chute, WI. He acquired the distressed company in September of 2012 and brought in professional management for the turnaround. Prior to purchasing Performance, Alex was the President of INFO-PRO Mortgage Services, a privately held mortgage servicing company based in Fond du Lac, WI. Alex also spent time as the Director of Sales for a privately held real estate investment firm. Alex, along with his wife Holly, own Kay James Design. Kay James is a graphic design business specializing in surface graphics, packaging design, and product aesthetics for consumer brands. Alex is currently a Board Member at American National Bank - Fox Cities, a community bank with $300MM in assets. He is also a member of Tiger21 and the Wisconsin Chapter of YPO. Alex and Holly are shareholders in several other businesses; Fleet Farm, Settlers Bancorp, American National Bancorp, and Alta Exchange Group, LLC. Together they own a commercial real estate portfolio that totals over 300,000 square feet and are also active investors in mezzanine debt and residential land developments. Alex has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University.
