Here, Frame wants us to look at how The Bible views skepticism and views it as either atheism or idolatry. Either way, the person who is an unbeliever wants to be a rationalist but he’s an irrationalist rationalist – wanting to hold an objective and judgmental position while not providing a consistent grounding to do so.
