Ian Eibbitt has done it all! He played for the Scarborough Solars growing up, represented Team Ontario at the Canada Games, competed on the Labatt Tour before moving into a leadership role as tournament director, commentator and more. Ian was one of the owners of Overkill, the world famous Canadian Volleyball Clothing Brand. Many would know Ian as the Director of Camp Madawaska. As a coach Eibbitt has coached with Leaside Volleyball Club, Durham Attack, Team Ontario, and Team Canada. He has earned the reputation as one of the best team building and leadership coaches in the country. We cover all of this and more in his episode.
