Our guest this week is show jumper Erin McGuire who through her own experiences dealing with the mental aspect of being a rider and decided to jump with both feet into sports psychology so she could help other riders.  Her clients range from 12 to 60 and many of them are facing the same hurdles that confronter her as she struggled to become the rider she and her trainer knew she could be. Dealing with show nerves, developing confidence, focusing your concentration, these are all important aspects of not just being successful but realizing your potential and consequently getting the best out of your horse.  Erin shares her journey and how becoming a sports psychologist has helped her in life as well as reaching her goals as a rider.
