In 1991, the widely popular TV series ‘Unsolved Mysteries’ aired an episode that featured events surrounding a puzzling UFO case that would put the quiet town of West Carleton on the map. The story was made all the more intriguing by information that had preceded the sighting by almost 2 years. A Canadian UFO researcher received a mysterious package which contained documents that detailed an elaborate conspiracy between Canadian and American governments and armed forces.
