The Great American Relay is underway to honor September 11.

0:00Runners are in route in the 7th annual Great American Relay. And if you're in the Mid-Atlantic region, the relay may be passing at a location near you. All right! Woo! The 565 mile relay with 122 legs over seven days started at the Flight 93 Memorial in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, with stops at the Pentagon Memorial finishing at the World Trade Center on September 11. Runners run sections of the course and hand off the baton to the next runner. You're 30 Joe. Each leg is led by one lead runner with up to 10 support runners.
