About this episode
Hey friends, it's Rucheli. After a much-needed break and some significant personal experiences, I'm back. Life got busy around Pesach, and after a summer of traveling, we recently went through the emotional and physical process of pregnancy loss. In this short re-introduction episode, I talk about how learning and teaching Torah-based embodiment and the Rebbe's talks from 1991-1992 helped us navigate this period.
Going forward, I'll be sharing recordings from my local Embodied Chassidus classes and related meditations. We're focusing on living a Geulah life NOW, not in some long-off future, and the teachings helped us see the light even in our grief.
Join me as we explore these profound ideas together.
