About this episode
Dr. Nick Willborn helps explore US presbyterian history from 1706 to the middle of the 20th century as we trace the roots of the Presbyterian Church in America, a denomination that turns 50 this year. This is the first of two parts, the next of which will examine the genesis and early years of the PCA. Dr. Willborn is senior pastor of Covenant PCA in Oak Ridge, TN since 2009 and is an author, editor, and veteran professor of church history and historical theology.
