The Freeway Phantom

In the early 1970s, an unidentified serial killer terrorized the Washington, D.C. area. Six African-American girls were abducted and murdered. The abductions and murders had many similarities but police were unable to find the killer. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the Freeway Phantom. This killer reached out to both the police and to the victims' families to taunt them.
