FM welcome to the sixth episode I believe subhanallah how days are passing by Ramadan is a guest that's only here for a very short time it's a reminder to make the most of it everything else can wait let us give time let us read more Quran let us do more good deeds in this blessed month and may Allah make it easy for us all inshaAllah today we are going to be talking about a deeply personal topic which I'm hoping inshaAllah that everyone can relate to for us as Muslims it's a door to jannah when I say jannah I mean heaven paradise that many of us as Muslims overlook a door that may be in your home right now today inshaAllah we speak about the real why the day beautifulness to parents and this
is a topic if I'm you were listening to my episode yesterday I mentioned it very lightly and I did talk about a certain aspect of that you can go and listen in to any of your where you get your podcasts from any major podcasting platforms are where episode will be there inshaAllah and the topic yesterday was the beauty of Ehsan but I mentioned being beautiful to our parents and today I felt that I needed to speak more because it's such an important topic that many of us overlook many of us don't give attention to many of us are missing this opportunity this beautiful present that Allah's penita ala has given us which are our parents the prophets of Allah are you a salam didn't treat this as a
secondary virtue he treated it as a priority sometimes even before jihad and we will talk about the specific word and term and before voluntary worship which is being good to our parents which is being there for them and inshaAllah as we you know spend this hour together we will go more in depth as to what that looks like and how you can be beautiful to your parents the prophets of Allah said them he pairs obedience no sorry I read that wrong I forgot I've written on my notes if you're thinking why does me sometimes sound like scatterbrain there are two reasons one Ramadan is a month where it's one of my busiest month personality there's so many things happening and there's just no time so I write on my notes sleep is less because we're trying our best to to make the
most of each and every hour every second every minute of these days so excuse my scatterbrain and my brain fog and even with the notes in front of me your sister still misses a line so just bear with me yeah Allah so Allah does not mention parents lightly in the Qur'an and if you remember yesterday I shared an ayah but I will share it again however bear with me I just have to quickly bring it up and here it is Alhamdulillah Arabic so we listen to this ayah together and this is from Surat al-Isra although I played it yesterday I want to play it again today because it ties in beautifully with what we are saying so this is again Surat al-Isra verse number 23 bad al-Abdu billahi min al shaytan al-rajim
so translating that for your Lord has decreed that you worship non-batim and honor your parents if one or both of them reach old age in your care never say to them of or yell at them rather address them respectfully Allah subhanate alayhi pairs obedience to him with obedience to parents and your Lord as I said in the beginning has decreed that you worship non-batim and to parents like right after that and to parents excellent treatment so we should
treat them with respect with kindness with mercy especially in that old age yeah when they needed the most when some start being forgetful some might fall sick some might be challenging to handle but still you have to remind yourself what Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has said and you notice that it comes after you know after to hide to hide is the testimony testimony of faith that ash-hadullah ilaha illa Allah that knowing that I worship only Allah subhanahu ta'ala and I bear witness that the prophet peace be upon him is the final messenger so after that like ta'ala illa Allah worship Allah comes the parents and then Allah says do not say to them off nor repel them but speak to them a noble word so even in times of frustration in times of difficulty you
should be mindful you should control yourself and I'm going back again to the intention you know all all what I share I know most of you or maybe all of my distance mashallah know this but I pray that Allah subhanahu ta'ala uses me uses this show as a reminder because sometimes we forget we are humans we forget we let things slip we end up doing things maybe we didn't notice and maybe nobody can come up and say ya filan o ya filana you are not doing this right because of maybe your the way you will react to it so Allah uses me insha'Allah I pray that Allah uses me and accepts this from me to remind each and every one of us this is a time of reflection during this month during this time and I talk about topics that the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam has reminded us of that Allah subhanahu ta'ala says in the Qur'an
you know it's not easy to come and do these shows as you can imagine but alhamdulillah Rabbil alameen when Allah opens up doors for you you have to step in and take that chance similarly the door to jannah is through our pants through obedience of Allah subhanahu ta'ala and through our parents it is wide open right now at this moment are you willing to step in and do what you need to do do what is Allah subhanahu ta'ala even in difficult times and in difficult moments as a reminder this is a live show and I would love to hear from you and my voice is breaking my apologies however you can join the show be part of it let's have this conversation what does your mother mean to you what does your father mean to you if you want to share a special message with your parents
today your mother will come to do so by calling 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 or send me a message on whatsapp on the number 7 2 double 4 2 0 0 7 7 2 double 4 2 0 0 7 and if you decide you want to share a message to your parents today right now you don't have to say you know I'm giving you an idea here you can call in and then once the show has been aired and it's on the podcast you can share this episode with them and make it a surprise for them yeah anyway looking forward to your calls and messages right after this break insha'Allah you're listening to love your life guided by the prophet peace be upon him on 90.4 our Manifah stay tuned you can call us on 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 we would love to
hear from you welcome back to 90.4 our Manifah this is me and Said host of love your life and this season we're focusing on the theme guided by the prophet if you've just joined us the topic today is Birri Lwali deen beautifulness to parents we talked about this a bit yesterday and I felt I needed to give this a whole episode Allah stress the importance of them in our lives and us serving them and treating them with respect so how can I not give them one whole episode on love your life if you're just joined us the number to call if you want to join the conversation I asked before the break if you wanted to share a message and you know honoring your parents you can do so live today on the show by calling 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 as always sound engineer
Ahmad al-Arami will gladly transfer the calls online online on air and if you want to send a message through WhatsApp you can do so on the number 7 2 double 4 2 0 0 7 7 2 double 4 2 0 0 7 it's all nice to hear yes me a beautiful nice to parents but what does that mean Islam has given parents and honorable status as we have read or heard the ayah it regards being kind and beautiful towards parents as one of the best acts of worship which a Muslim performs in order to get closer to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala touching on the knee again even when things get difficult when you are trying your best and Allah sees you because he is al-Basaira simya al-Alim he knows your intention your intention is to get closer to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to worship Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to follow the command of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala through your parents even when it's difficult and when I
mentioned yesterday it's not a tit for tat situation like they did this I'm going to do this that's this is where you let your ego go there's no ego in this relationship there is obedience of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and obeying my parents and being kind respectful it's not easy I know I know it's not easy but when you understand that it's not about it's not a tit for tat relationship it makes things so much easier when it makes it easier made it easier for me Hamdulillah Rabbul A'nameen so when we talk about this what does it look like in our life respecting and honoring and honoring them even if they're unjust tit for tat it's not that yeah I didn't mean for that to rhyme by the way showing them mercy love and attention every single day not when they needed the most not when things are really bad for you or you don't have time you make
it a priority in your life especially if they're alive alhamdulillah you're blessed to have both your parents or one of your parents alive then show them mercy love and attention when they want something don't you know brush it off and say yeah yeah I shall I'll do it and then you don't do it and if some in some families there's a child that's always well not a child well they're okay even though you're an adult in your parents eyes you will always be their child even if you're only a 30s in your 40s on your 50s and you still have your parents with with you alive you will always be their child so in their eyes you'll always be their child and sometimes you will be not I don't want to create like sibling rivalry here but one is asked more than others and so for that sibling or for that person or child or daughter or son who is asked the most please don't
take that bad say I'm always being asked the one I have my brother I have my sister they don't ask them they always ask me I'm the one who's all you know no for whatever reason Allah has chosen you simply put so take that as a badge of honor alhamdulillah and because you're earning especially if you do it with the right intention you're not doing it forcefully thinking I'm going to do this because I want to avoid no change that mindset I'm going to do this because of Allah subhanAllah Allah has asked me and it is seen as a very high importance subhanAllah they are my parents they have taken care of me now it is my time to return the favor and by the way no matter what you do in your life you can spend your whole life repaying for what your parents have done for you yeah you will never be able to so the little things that they do ask and even if they don't ask you see that there's a need you see that my mom needs this I'll do it you don't have to wait to be asked let me
know what your thoughts on this the number to call is seven two four six zero two zero five eight two four six zero two seven okay brain fog again two four six zero two zero five eight or send me a message on whatsapp seven two double four two zero zero seven so we said showing them mercy love and attention every day not only today or on mother's day or on father's day every single day obeying them and fulfilling their request which I talked about right like two seconds ago attending their needs and keeping them happy and comfortable being humble towards them and dealing with them gently especially as they get older if you're blessed to have your parents as we speak now and you you will notice some subtle changes in things that they used to do before they can't do you might notice their health deteriorating you might notice a lot of changes some might be huge
some might be minor but you have to realize your parents are getting older as you are so being humbling with them speaking to them softly and always with honor and respect lowering one's voice when talking to them not shouting or no matter how difficult they get you need to control your emotions I know I know talking to them softly and never troubling them by hurtful and offensive words and I would I would assume that that that goes without saying by the way you cannot resort to swearing at them or shouting at them even even even if they are wrong it's not easy we're talking about a door to Jenna here you think getting there is going to be easy it's not but it's worth it and you know when I sit and think to do these things even when
it's very challenging it makes me a better person it makes me worship Allah subhanu wa ta'ala the way that he has commanded for us to worship him even when obeying our parents even when it's very difficult it makes me a better person because it makes me do things that I didn't think I could do it makes me do things or react in a certain way that I don't want to react to but always remembering the intention and the command of Allah subhanu wa ta'ala it's it's the light feeling I don't know how to explain it but if any of you know how to explain please your more than welcome to join me on the show by calling 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 2 4 6 0 2 0 5 8 or sending me a message on what's up the number to use a 7 2 double 4 2 0 0 7 7 2 double 4 2 0 0 7 moving on not offending their feelings or causing
them grief in any manner should I say that again not offending their feelings or causing them grief in any manner even if they hurt you remember not fit for that being beautiful to them when they are old and never showing dissatisfaction for their requests however frequently or however frequent they might be this is something I shared earlier being the the favorite child is I don't say favorite child but the child that's being always asked to do things this goes false beautifully in that as a reminder supporting them financially if they are poor supporting them financially if they're poor if your parents are that a self-explanatory if you are doing better or if they need anything or whatever it is financially you should always be there to provide them and you can't use the well they didn't provide for me card it does not work here yeah Allah and asking Allah SWT to bestow mercy and forgiveness on them even when they have
wronged you even more so maybe when they have wronged you because Allah SWT has given you the awareness of this command of this gift and blessing to have them to attain his river his any blessings through them so even when it is difficult make your act for them for Allah to forgive them to strengthen you to strengthen your bond even in times when you find it is impossible to do so I heard the phone buzzing so oh wow okay so I have a message from I don't know if you want me to say your name or you can as you're hearing this you can let me know if you want me to say your name as as I read the message oh you can be anonymous my dad passed away this year in May he was 85 sometimes we best friends sometimes we're enemies secrets we shared secrets best mostly
had good fun and laughs on in April I slipped we shouted at each other I could not control him either next day I said sorry to him and in May he passed away and then he and then he had smiled crying emojis and then he writes am I going to hell first of all I can't answer that final question only Allah SWT but when you said I next day I said sorry to him so I'm assuming he forgave you and if he forgave you them insha'Allah if they like means he was pleased with you and may Allah grant him forgiveness and mercy insha'Allah to all those parents who are no longer with us and may it be a reminder for all those whose parents are with them to rectify anything any pending issues because life is not worth it because once they're gone there's no way to ask
for forgiveness no way to clear the air no way to to take anything back because they're no longer here now with that we'll take a short break insha'Allah and I look forward to hearing from you either by calling in and the number to do so is 2460 to 058 or sending me a message like my my listener just did on 724 to 007 we'll be back insha'Allah after the short break you're listening to love your life guided by the prophet peace be upon him on 90.4 or one of them stay tuned we'll be right back you're listening to love your life guided by the prophet peace be upon him on 90.4 or one of them stay tuned
you can call us on 2460 to 058 we would love to hear from you welcome back to love your life on 90.4 or one of them this is me as saying today we are talking about being beautiful to your parents very little whiley day and I asked for you to join me you know in sharing what your parents mean to you or if it's not a story you want to share you get regarding your parents you want to honor your parents you can do so by joining the show live and the number to call is 2460 to 058 don't call the WhatsApp number I just got somebody calling the WhatsApp number 724 to 007 is the number to send me the message on if you want to be part of the show the number to call is 2460 to 058 so we were talking about being respectful
being showing mercy showing kindness to our parents speaking them to a little voice no shouting no swearing in all of that but the prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam emphasized being similar to what Allah SWT told us being respectful kind and honoring our parents and there's an area I want to play when this is specific for our mothers so specific for our mothers in the sense that Allah SWT mentions the role of the mother in the Quran and this is in surat
whomein so and we have commanded people to honor their parents their mothers bore them through hardship upon hardship and their weaning takes two years so be grateful to me and your parents to me is the final return I have no idea where that's on painful so I apologize it's not my phone my phone is on silent well should be let me just double check okay and there's a Hadith by Abih Raya may Allah be pleased with him narrated that a man once came to the prophet
salallahu alayhi wa sallam and said oh messenger of Allah who among the people is most deserving deserving of my good companionship he salallahu alayhi wa sallam peace be upon him said your mother and then the man asked and then whom and he peace be upon him replied your mother and then he asked again and then whom he peace be upon him said your mother and then he asked then whom then he said your father so subhanallah three times so a person who deserves your companionship your mother is first your mother is second your mother is third then comes your father now not to say the father is any less but because of the sacrifices many unseen sacrifices that a mother does for her child Allah subhanallah has elevated her status in terms of being honoring of that companionship
of her children while both parents must be respected the mother holds a higher status regarding companionship because of these sacrifices that all mothers know and sometimes you know a mother might not have the best relationship with her daughter and I know I speak for many mothers here but you know it's a normal relationship and these some are blessed to have that great bond with their mothers and some not so much but when this daughter moves on gets married and has a child and then the only person she wants to be with is her mother the one she wants to learn from is her mother and then she understands what her mother went through to bring to give birth to a child to bring this child up the responsibility the fear the love all these emotions
that one didn't know until they became mothers are my right ladies or not let me know do you agree with what I'm saying because this is something I personally found strengthened my relationship not to say that my relationship with my mother wasn't strong before so but alhamdulillah blessed with my mom but it became stronger after I gave birth after I became a mother so I'd love to hear if that was the same for you to any of my female listeners and you can join the conversation by calling 2460 2058 2460 2058 so neglecting one of these rights towards parents is what we call a Bulk al-Walidane neglecting of parents Allah SWT warns people of this and considers it to be one of the major sins which is understandable isn't it if Allah SWT put the the obedience of parents right
after obeying him then of course not doing this is going to have major consequences in your life and on the day of judgment being kind and beautiful to parents even after their death one of the ways of being kind and beautiful to parents is to supplicate and to ask Allah SWT to forgive them have mercy on them fulfill their wills and honor their relatives and friends so pan Allah isn't that so beautiful so that memory the the people that were with your your parents speaking in a general all of plural sense assuming that both of them have left or one of them could apply that one of them have left you still do the same that you're you're close to their friends invite them over in the memory of this parents so pan Allah yeah Allah you know when I sit and think about all of these things how
through the Quran and through the Sunnah and through these Ahadiths that we really learn it goes down to taking care of everything in our lives everything that you can think of is already being mentioned and in the Quran and if it's not in the Quran that it's in the Sunnah you know it's all being it's it compliments of pan Allah one another alhamdulillahirrahbal alaamin and I want to move on to talk about the virtue of being dutiful to parents a dutiful person like if you do these things what do you gain yeah you gain the pleasure of Allah SWT who wa ta'ala dutifulness to parents is the best deed to Allah SWT one who fulfills the duties of his parents as chosen a path to paradise remember that door I was talking about because honoring them is a means of entering paradise being dutiful resemble the death thus one being dutiful to
his parents his children will do similar to him too and dutiful so pan Allah dutiful be towards your parents now in some cases your parents may not be Muslims yeah so how does that what is Islam say what does Allah SWT tell us about this so as a Muslim we are required to deal with our non-Muslim parents honorably and kindly and to obey them as long as such obedience does not lead to disobeying Allah SWT and regardless of how hard do the non-Muslims parents strive to make their children renounce Islam that is because of their right as parents hoping they will embrace Islam so you still have the same they still carry the same way they still carry the same honor however even when it comes to obedience so you can obey them when they ask you to do something
unless it is something related to your religion here Allah SWT is first and foremost then if it's something contradictory to what Allah SWT says then you cannot obey them in that sense and here there's an i that Allah SWT says in let me quickly bring it up I forgot to link it in my notes in Surat Al-Lukman verse number 15 let's listen to this ayah together so the translation of that ayah is but if they pressure you to associate with me
what you have no knowledge of do not obey them still keep their company in this world courtesy and follow the way of those who turn to me in devotion then to me you will all return then I will inform you of what you used to do here Allah it's so beautiful and I'm so blessed to have these guidance from Allah SWT through the ayat and through the prophetic guidance as well moving on I wanted to as well address the prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi sallam and beautifulness of parents throughout his a hadith prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi sallam stressed the obligation of being beautiful to parents and treating them with respect kindness love and care he peace be upon him pointed that being beautiful to parents especially when they reach old age
is a way to paradise and there isn't a hadith that he that I have it says Abdullah bin Ameer al-Rali Allah and her narrated a man came to the messenger of Allah peace be upon him asking his permission to go out for jihad the messenger of Allah peace be upon him asked him are your parents alive he replied yes the messenger of Allah peace be upon him then said to him then your jihad would be with them i.e. looking after them and being at their service and here I want to mention another hadith you know it is the same hadith I had written it twice that's brain fog for your sister so here I want to pause with this word jihad now this word unfortunately in the western media it's been taken out of context and it's been associated with things that
you know it's not really what islam is about so I just want to take a moment to talk about this word jihad is an Arabic term meaning striving or struggling referring to the effort of a Muslim that a Muslim exerts to live according to islam by any improving myself and and making some sort of sacrifice anything can be jihad if i am to start for example if i want to do my masters or something that is going to be a jihad for me it's a struggle for me because it's something that i want but maintaining fitting it into my lifestyle now this to me is a jihad jihad and i mean i am going to kind of struggle and have challenges when i or while attaining so it ranges honestly from internal spiritual struggles against temptation when you're trying to do a right thing and you want to do something and something is calling out to you which is wrong that is as well called jihad so it's you know it's very difficult to maybe understand because
you're so used to hearing it in a certain way but the literal meaning the word jihad literally translates to struggle, effort or exertion in the path of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala yeah and there are many types of jihad so there's jihad enough so jihad of the heart self considering considering sorry the greater jihad involves fighting in an evil resisting temptation and purifying the soul so this is referred to as the jihad of the self the self jihad of the tongue depend promoting good correcting wrong spreading the message of Islam through education, debate and writing jihad of the hand is taking action against injustice through for instance using one's influence of physical effort to write a sword and jihad of the sword the lesser jihad is involving the armed struggle to defend muslims or Islam against oppression but only but never starting it only if they are being attacked so educate yourself
when you hear such words don't just take what mainstream media says remember one of the first ayah that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has revealed to us is iqra so read educate yourself and don't just take in what you hear and and you know and believe that is to be it prophet Muhammad peace be upon him also told us the dutifulness to parents prolongs life and increases provisions of Allah the barakah that we have when we please our parents and we when we are with them prophet Muhammad ﷺ told us that dutifulness to parents does not cease when they die rather the child can be dutiful towards his parents even after their death as long as he's praying for them and asking for Allah's mercy and forgiveness for them Abu Hurayra may Allah be pleased with him narrated that the prophet peace be upon him said when a person dies all his deeds come to an end except three ongoing charity beneficial knowledge which he has left
behind or a righteous child who will pray for him and this is something we hear a lot when we attend funerals there's always this door all this hadith that is being shared that three things remain after a person so if this is something new to you in Islam we believe that as long as a person is living there whatever they do their good deeds are always being written always being recorded but as soon as a person is no longer in this life he has passed on then all his deeds come to an end except three things that he could have been doing or that will continue in his deeds one is ongoing charity so if he used to give charity before and oh he gave charity in that intention that will come anytime somebody for example if he had planted a tree and somebody sits down the tree and that that man is no longer alive whoever sits under the tree it will go in that person's good deeds if he or she shared knowledge if he didn't wrote a book a video something spread
with a knowledge any kind of knowledge that as well will continue in their book of good deeds in insha'Allah and as well a child that a good pious child that is making dua for their parents continues or goes in insha'Allah they're good deed in the light of Allah so what is listening to this talking about importance of parents what does this mean to you what is one thing that i'm hoping you will change starting today and how you treat your parents and if your relationship is strained because it's a fact of life let's not all assume that we have the best relationships that's what we aim and strive for but if your relationship is strained what small step towards reconciliation can you take now i understand this might be a bit too personal to share on air and say your name and all of that so i won't force you but your
mother will come to share the more impact you have the more truthful and raw you are authentic you are the more impact you have on the listeners and as well as i always say you don't know who's listening and who needs to hear this so the number to call to join in the show is 24602 058 24602 058 alternatively you can send me a message on whatsapp and remain anonymous and just share what you know you would start changing today and how you treat your parents and what step you take if you want to reconcile what what would you do starting today insha'Allah and remember in this blessed month of Ramadan how the the blessings insha'Allah will be more so i'd love to hear from you and so send me a message if you want to remain anonymous and the number to use 7242 007 7242 007 and i'll read them out insha'Allah after this break
you're listening to love your life guided by the prophet peace be upon him on 90.4 our manifam stay tuned we'll be right back you can call us on 24602 058 we would love to hear from you welcome back to love your life on 90.4 our manifam this is your host me Al Sayed the theme is guided by the prophet and today we're talking about the doir tajana being beautiful to our parents treating them with respect love kindness and i'm asked you to share with me if starting today if there's something that you didn't do what would you like to start doing with your parents and i also want to ask you what is one sacrifice your parents made that you only understood
later in life early on on i gave the the example of a you know a daughter who doesn't understand what it means to be a mother until she is one that's one i personally went through myself so i'm interested to know what is that one sacrifice that you only understood later in life that your parents made on other him today we have literally eight minutes left so you can still make it call us on other them today and every day insha'Allah and the number to call is 24602 05824602 0505 8 or send a message on what's up in the number to use 7242 007 7242 007 and if your parents are no longer with us that have passed may Allah have mercy on their soul and forgive them how do you continue honoring them today so i'd love to i put many questions you choose whichever question that you
feel call to and call in and be part of the show so story time i don't know how many of you know this and i don't know if my mother will be okay with this i hope she will be because i'm honoring her and i'm honoring how she raised me and my brother hamd al-Arab al-Alamin my mother is a question um and obviously i'm Muslim she married my father who's Muslim and al-Hamd al-Arab al-Alamin she raised me so i know it's going to be weird but she did raise me to be who i am today this was Allah's panat al-Ara chose this amazing woman to be my mother and instilled in her heart the respect of the religion and of him Allah's panat al-Ara my parents divorced or separated when i was three and i'm going to share something that she did during the month of Ramadan so in the house it was just my mother my elder brother he's eight years older than i am and i am i don't know if he's
listening or if my mother's listening but anyway it's a man my brother is a man that i respect and truly look look up to and so it was just the three of us in the house and my mother being this amazing supportive woman in all sense of the word she as i said she was Christian but she understood the importance of having a role model in the house and since it was just us and my father was not living with us she would fast with us as a panel so she would fast with us so we would have that example in the house of somebody fasting i'm getting emotional because i feel it's such a blessing even though she was she doesn't follow this faith she decided to be that role model for us alhamdulillah arab l-anameen that Allah's panat al-Ara put it in her heart to to do so and she would wake us up for sure and we would have all of our favorite dishes she would
wake up when she would cook for us so to ensure that we woke up and we fasted alhamdulillah arab al-anameen the holy month of Ramadan and she probably did this in not realizing the impact that you do have on me like 40 years later but it's the little things that we do for our children if we do them with the right intention it's not about waiting for them to give it back just because the intention was always for Allah's panat ala even as as we you know our panat something Ahmad do you have a call okay we do Selamigha wa rehihtallah hello how are you sister? Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah, no who are you my i couldn't tell from the voice I think that. Alhamdullahi mhamam. It's an ali-namam curious.
No. Is it trash? Alhamdullahi is so different on air. Alhamdullahi mhamam just wanted to show a new one or a I just wanted to share with you one of the Hathiths in the Mata'ala. Okay. Okay. I will go then related. I came to Medina, and I'm from Allah, and He came to me and said, do you know why I came to you? I said, no. He said, I had the messenger of Allah, He said, whoever would like to maintain tight with his father, in his grave, let him maintain tight with his father's brothers. After he is gone. Okay. I want to share this part from the explanation. Okay. Whoever would like to maintain tight with his father in his grave, meaning by showing him kindness after his passing to Parama,
as he did during his life, let him maintain tight with his brothers between brackets, also friends and athletes. So, for Allah, we can still continue to show kindness, to our parents, even after their passing. You know, Allah has always guided you to achieve that. I can't forget to share this. JazakAllah. Thank you so much. BarakAllah. Thank you. Peace be upon you. Peace be upon you. Peace be upon you. Peace be upon you. Peace be upon you. It's... I like Ahmad when he feels that I'm going to be in motion. He just puts the background music up. It's okay. There used to be listeners of your life know that this is all real raw and authentic Alhamdulillah. I mean, as we only have two minutes left, I would like to remind you or ask you for us to reflect together. If this were your last week with your parents, what would you regret not saying?
There is no perfect moment like the time today. Let your ego go. It's really not worth it. Send that message. Make that call. Because you don't know when they're no longer going to be here. You might go or they might go. Here, Allah. So before you sleep tonight or at any point in time, call them. Pray for them. Forgive them. Serve them. Because one day you will wish, as I said, you had one more conversation. So take the opportunity now. O Allah, have mercy on our parents as they read us. As they read us, raise us when we were small. Forgive their shortcomings. Reward their sacrifices. Allow us to serve them with excellence. And if they have returned to you, fill their graves with light and expand them with mercy. Allah ma'amin. Jazakum Allah khair for sharing this hour with me. And I look forward to another episode of Love Your Life
