In this episode, I welcome the amazing and inspiring Nelly Attar. Nelly is a Saudi born Lebanese extreme sports athlete, trainer, and sports entrepreneur and a former psychologist and life coach. In 2022, Nelly became the first Arab woman to summit K2 and since then she has accomplished several extreme feats and won many awards. She has scaled 23+ peaks globally, completed 6 Marathons, a dozen triathlons, and 1 ultramarathon. She also launched Saudi Arabia’s first ever dance studio – MOVE.
