The Corruption Of Arbitration, With Andrew Milder

     Slam the Gavel welcomes Andrew Milder on to the podcast. Andrew Milder is the Founder of Equal Protection Now.  We discussed how "Arbitration," has already turned America into a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, as arbitration has gone completely ROGUE.  This POSTER CHILD CASE involving ARBITRATION, Andrew Milder, clearly and shockingly illustrates it step by step.  
    Gone completely rouge, this POSTER CHILD CASE, including a landmark appeal, is currently pending in the Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles, California and it is regarding systemic arbitration fraud and civil rights violations, Milder vs. ADR Services Inc., et al., (B320376).  He has already won three reversals in this matter.         
    Moreover, Andrew has uncovered a smoking gun video of the SYSTEMIC ARBITRATION FRAUD. Andrew describes his unbelievable PROOF of judges throwing cases for arbitration. This case and video will actually help end the current SAG AFTRA strike, Andrew explains.  
     Andrew is also starting a social justice non-profit organization: Equal Protection Now! to help expose the truth about arbitration, via articles, litigation, podcasts, advocacy and a blockbuster documentary.  This has potential to be a Pulitzer Prize winning story.   And the mission, of Equal Protection Now!, is to get the FAIR Act enacted.  The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act. Andrew has been working on this litigation and advocacy for the FAIR Act, for well over six years.                                                                                                                                
       This pending landmark appeal is, for the most part, regarding judge/arbitral immunity and private contractual rights vs public rights, “unwaivable statutory rights, for the public benefit.” Also, interestingly enough, one of the main cases/authorities in this landmark appeal is an 1871, United States Supreme Court case, Bradly v. Fisher, regarding immunity, this is  a case from the murder of president Abraham Lincoln.
