The connection between gut health and pediatric recovery

0:00It's six Eastern. It's three o'clock Pacific. This is a president of action. Coast to coast and around the world from the America out loud talk radio studios. If he says he's serious about something he means it's time for the truth be told with Booker Scott. And now we're going to have a conversation with someone that also has a book that will soon be available in that shop at America out loud dot news. Her name is Tracy septsevic. And I think I butchered that Tracy tell me how do you say that septsevic and I do that right. Sleps of it. Yeah. Sleps of it. Okay. I was not even close. I'm glad to have you and you deal with autism. And I think so many people are really confused with what that actually means. And just for a little background. I have a 31 year old son that would be I guess considered on the spectrum back in the day. It was called aspergers. And he was tested for a couple of times very, very close. But the doctor because of insurance reasons never wanted to say that he was.

1:11Aspergers, but he has all of those things. And then I also have a nephew that is nine years old and he was not communicative that he couldn't communicate until he was six or seven years old. So I have a little history with that. But I know that you have a lot more. So if you could just start us out with your website autism health dot com. Yes. So I have autism health dot com. And I also have warrior mom dot com. So my journey began when my son was vaccine injured. And that was about 18 years ago. It took me a really long time because I was, you know, I was I was constantly given the response of all this is normal, normal. And you know, when you watch your child regress after a routine visit, I'm here to tell you as a mom and as an advocate, it's not normal.

2:11So I ended up, you know, I continued my journey with Noah and unfortunately continued to vaccinate him, not knowing any better. And then I just saw this major decline in motor skills. He lost all this speech, some cognitive function in the lights just went out my little boy. So from there, I was on a journey to find out what was wrong with my son. And I say on this beautiful journey, God sent me angels because at my lowest points, not knowing what to do after two preschool said your kid has special needs. We can't care for them regional center loses our paperwork and a pediatrician just keeps telling me that everything is just so normal. And so on that journey, I met some beautiful people who directed me on a wonderful path of healing my child. And first it was to find out what was wrong with Noah.

3:14And once we did, I had a great naturopath at the time. And by no accident, because I do not believe in accidents, his office was adjacent to ours. And I was walking down the hallway crying after Noah's evaluation. And he reached out, gave me a hug and said, what's matter? And I said, well, Noah was diagnosed with autism. And from there, he stepped back for a moment. He looked me in the eyes. And he said, Noah is going to be fine. He said, he told me, you need to go home and you need to do your research because kids with with autism are making great strides with biomedical intervention. Now this was 2008 and I had no idea what biomedical intervention. I had studied nutrition for many years. And at the time I was a psychology student, getting my own psychology lesson. So it didn't take me long to drop out of out of psychology.

4:17But can I ask you a question? Let's go back to Noah a minute. How old was he when he got the vaccine that injured him that got you to where you knew something was wrong with him? Hold was that you said it was 18 years ago. How old was he when he took that shot? So it was about 15 months. And to be honest with you, I can't remember if, you know, specifically if it was the MMR or if it was his other vaccines, but right around a year and a half, I remember asking my pediatrician why is my son regressing. He broke out in a full body rash at one point. He had a fever for over a week. After a couple weeks, they had to give him a mild steroid to flesh it out. A lot of doctors today in the functional medicine field have told me that he probably got measles from the vaccine. But if you ask me specifically, I can remember the events, but I remember Noah was with he had some baby words. He had full functionality.

5:27He crawled early, really all of that. So he met all his mild stones, but then he he lost it all. Right, right there. I was going to ask that question where his motor skills and everything else, seeming to be normal. And you just answered the question for us that yeah, he seemed normal for an 18 month old baby at the time. And then he had the vaccine. And then you go on the journey. I interrupted you a minute ago when the doctor said he's going to be fine. What happened after that to you. So they're brought out the warrior mom and me. I sucked the tears back up into my eyes. I went home and in 2008, nine, you could Google healing autism and you can get a lot of great information. Unfortunately, everything is so censored and it's unavailable. So today, you know, I do my best to educate parents as best as I can through my sub stack, through emails, through conferences, in which led me to once, you know, over time, when my doctor told me that no, would be fine.

6:39I was not about addressing underlying conditions associated with autism and it all begins in the gut. So I read a bunch of books. I went to conferences. I went to tea talks. I did, I did everything I could to gather as much information as I could possible to heal my son. Now after he said that. I tell you where your mind goes, energy flows because not a single person in the world could tell me that my son was going to live a life that, you know, where he was incapable of caring for himself or living. That you had dreamed for him, the life. Yeah. So I, I club, I have a clear intention that no one's going to live a full functioning life. And from there, I started my journey. We, we embarked on a journey of eating very clean. I found a great functional medicine doctor who assisted me in doing all those tests, you know, fecal tests, urine tests for heavy metals, blood tests, you know, checking for all the underlying stuff, even pre genetics, like MTHFR and mitochondrial disorder.

7:54All those things, you know, for you to suppose these kids to vaccine injury because their immune system's not functioning properly. Their bodies aren't getting getting rid of toxins the way it should when they have these pre genetic conditions. I mean, if I can interrupt you real quick, because you just said something there that it sounds like you could almost test your child before you ever give them a vaccine to see if they could possibly be vaccine injured before they get the vaccine. Is that a possibility? I mean, so it's not a for sure, but the answers that a child will regress if they have, let's say, mitochondrial disorder is, it is over 80% and a study was done on that. And then also most of these kids, I can't even tell you every parent I've talked to, all of them have the MTHFR gene that I've spoke to. So it's, those are a lot of, there's so many pre genetic conditions that definitely expose them to injury because they have a weak end immune system in their bodies, you know, they're not functioning properly.

9:07I would just think that it's common sense that someone would develop some testing that could be done for babies so that we do not inject them with something that is going to take them down this path. Why isn't anyone doing that? Why isn't someone developing that? Well, your, your guess is as kind of fine. It almost seems too simple to me. I cannot with all good consciousness and I'm sure you already know this, recommend any vaccine. There is no real clinical trials done on a single vaccine, except you compare it to itself or its old self that was previously approved. And, you know, books like turtles all the way down, you know, expose that or backs, unvaxed. I'm sure you've, you've talked to Dr. Inhooker, but, you know, so many of the books that have come out have exposed, you know, the inaccurate details that they give you in regards to vaccines.

10:12But I got nothing when, when I took my kid in to get vaccines, I got nothing signed here. Yeah, that's it. So there's no informed consent. So when I, when I write a sub stack, I do my best to, to cater to those who, who still choose to vaccinate, I want to give them facts, but I want them to know, I think they should know the dangers. And they should know what's in it. They should know what that, you know, there's, there's a boarded fetal tissue and that fetal tissue, that baby, and it's usually between three and six months is still alive when they extract that tissue for, for vaccinations. I mean, if, if people really knew what was in it, if they knew, you know, the dangers of it, of the neurotoxins, the adjudance that are in it, that they, they claim they take, took through Marisol out of the MMR, but yet they still leave it in the most common injection out there, which is the flu shot.

11:21Yeah. So all these are our neurotoxins, but let's, let's talk about when a kid gets a fever after getting, I don't know, six, seven injections, all at once, what happens? A doctor says, give them Tylenol. So what happens when you give them Tylenol, acetamatophen opens the blood brain barrier. So giving all those adjudance, aluminum, you know, all the neurotoxins access to the brain. And it's, you can't tell me that all of this isn't somehow planned out. Let's, let's dumb down the population. I had to put it that way, but make them vulnerable to manipulation and brainwashing. And so they can control the masses. That's just, that's, that's my view on it. Yeah. Yeah. Well, and it doesn't take much to dumb down our society anymore. Does it? We're pretty well there. You've mentioned your sub stack a couple of times. Tell everybody where they can read your work. And as you were speaking, I realized that it sounds like you're not passing judgment on anyone that may actually go ahead and have the vaccine. You just want to put the facts out there.

12:34Here's, here's what the possibilities are. If you have the vaccine with your child that is susceptible to these things. And this is what could happen. And you need to know what's in it. And it seems like you're not taking a judgment stance, but just trying to educate people. Oh, absolutely. Because there are going to be those people that, you know, that don't, don't want to listen or they're living from a space of fear. And I have no judgment on that. I really don't. Because I, I have a personal experience. I watched my son regress from an injury in thousands of other parents have my same story. It's not original, unfortunately. What made my story very original is, is what I went through during this time as my husband fights big insurance and insurance fights back, you know, because he works, you know, to make sure that the clients get paid on their claims and big insurance like that.

13:40And then he went up on the front page of the L.A. Times in the smear campaign, losing his business, his credibility and everything else today he fit in. But back then, and this was the same year my son was diagnosed with autism. I, we lost our home, we lost, you know, our business. And, you know, we had no money. And so here I am thinking, oh, my God, I got to get these treatments and therapies and everything for my kid. What am I going to do? I bartered for treatments, I negotiated and I sold everything I owned right down to short sailing my house to go to the Ukraine with Noah. I have no ties to stuff, but I definitely have ties to my family. And so I wanted people to hear in my story that it doesn't take money. It takes a clear intention of what it is that you choose to create because you can create anything.

14:43And beyond that, I wanted to educate them on what to do, give them a guidebook because if somebody would have just given me a guidebook back then, I, it would have made, it would have made a world of difference fighting against school districts, IEPs, you know, what, what could I've done, you know, and biomedical intervention. So I braided all in there. And so it's a little story about hope and inspiration, along with a guidebook of, you know, what do you do? What is the name of your book? 15:43So yeah, it's pretty much wherever books are sold. Amazon is the most common place to find it. Okay, and give the name of the book one more time. And then I want to update on Noah and how he is doing now. So the book is warrior mom, a mother's journey and healing her son with autism and Noah is doing fabulous. He is now 19 years old. He knows everything. I just got to tell you that. Well, he is normal then for a 19 every 19 year old knows everything. They don't have a cure for teenage syndrome. So he's doing good. He's functioning as he should. And I guess he has a future. Is that correct? He does. He works. He drives. He goes to school. He travels on his own. He does everything that I ever wanted for him. Now does he follow my dietary restrictions anymore? No. Well, he's 19.

16:43We've had some discussions on that one. But we're working on it. We're working on living a healthy or lifestyle for him. But other than that, he, you know, he's doing very well. He might have a little sensory disorder. I think we all do in some area. Sure. But, you know, in really large, loud places, you know, sometimes. But if it's a preferred place where he wants to be, he doesn't. He's okay with it then. Yeah. Yeah. I'm the same way, by the way. But it's great that, you know, he is where he is now. The interesting part to me, as you told your story there, was going back to that doctor that said he's going to be fine. And in the end, Noah is fine, isn't he? Yes. It was the journey that you had to go through to finally get here to see that Noah is fine and that doctor was right all those years ago. And what you have done is tried to help other people with those steps that you had to learn on your own.

17:49And, you know, you mentioned substack. What where can people find your writing on substack? So my substack is at autism warrior mom. So I write so many different articles and I don't know if anybody knows, but writing a book is a labor of love. A lot of work in which right now, where I'm at being the president of a nonprofit organization autism health and, you know, running a conference, I, I don't currently have the time to write book number two. So I decided a very dear friend of mine told me you should write a substack. And it has literally just taken off. I think I have like over 78,000 followers. And I put as much information, I saw I'm a research junkie by trade.

18:49I love to research. And so I research all the information I put together is much information as I want to get out there. Like I said, I try to stand in the middle. Now I have had some people respond to me and, you know, say some nasty things, but that's okay. That has everything to do with them, not me. That's just a part of it. I've learned. Oh, absolutely. 23:08One thing that I have tried to do and shine a light on for several years now is how important it is to be a part of local politics. It's really the most important thing. What's going to happen here is over the next 13, 14 months, everything's going to be going along pretty well for Donald Trump and the Republican Congress. And then all of a sudden, things are going to start changing because people in the House of Representatives are going to be worried about their seats, they're going to start campaigning. And then what's going to happen after that is a lot of you are going to be frustrated because you don't have a choice in who you vote for. It's going to be the same people, the same type of people that are now trying to cram through an omnibus in a continuing resolution. So how do we change that? And that's something that I've talked about for years now. You have to get involved locally in politics.

24:08If you aren't there, you aren't where the decisions are being made for you to vote. So it's really important to get there. I want to bring someone on the show now that has been a part of Florida politics for a very, very long time. His name is Mick Peters. Mick, welcome to the program. Glad to be here. Let's have a conversation about how people get involved. I have encouraged people and I have successfully gotten people to show up in meetings all over this country. And they always seem to get frustrated because within local politics, there are a whole lot of more politics going on than people feel like they're up against a wall a lot of times. But let's talk about the first step. If someone's listening to this now, talk about how important it is to be plugged into a local GOP office. Well, the secret is, I'll tell you how it started with me. I helped form a, in a Christian high school, a young Republican club. And on my 18th birthday, I got sworn into our local Republican Executive Committee in North Carolina, Forsyth County.

25:17And after that, I moved around, changed Republican Executive Committees. Basically, you have to be involved as a precinct committee man or committee woman that requires an oath that says you're going to represent and campaign and knock on the doors of your neighbors and your friends and the people that you know in your community to the tune generally of about a thousand people. And that is what a precinct committee man and committee woman's job is. You get to know your neighbors. You have a conversation. Yeah, and that's, that's so simple to do. And the first step though is going to the GOP County office. And that's where that starts. And don't be afraid to go do that. If you want to see change in America, we have to be the change. And that change starts with you in a meeting somewhere at a GOP meeting. You're talking about precinct committee men and we'll get into that here in a few minutes because it's different in every state.

26:17Some states do it this way. Some states do it that way. But I want to have a deeper dive conversation into that. But one thing I want to talk about is what is happening right now in Florida when it comes to politics. I'm hearing this from people all over the country as well. They go in with America first agenda on their mind. And they are being pushed back by the establishment Republicans even within their own county meetings. Can you talk about that? Absolutely. It's true. And it's true all over Florida as well. Unfortunately. That's sort of a people would not think that I don't think. Democrats are far less diverse. They are as as a rule. They basically took the party line, whatever it happens to be. And Republicans are much more independent. They're much more independent thinkers. They're much more confident in their own abilities. And once you train them, they know right and wrong.

27:19And it's hard to sell to get somebody to do something wrong. What's the know it's wrong? And therein lies our problem with the proverbial rhinos Republican and name only and the sum of the establishment, if you will. Yeah, we didn't do this at the beginning of our conversation. Tell everyone what you do inside the Republican party. OK, I'm the Republican state committee man for the county of Lee, which is the eight largest in the state of Florida about to be seventh. And we have about 500,000 registered voters in the county and almost a million people. And so you represent the Republican party there. You are also a state delegate. Is that correct? That's correct. The state committee man basically or state committee woman. Our job is to go to the Republican party of Florida events and quarterlies at meetings. Find out what the agenda is for the next three months. Bring it back and share it with all of the precinct committee man and women at our local county level headquarters.

28:27So now I want to get back to the infighting that we have within the Republican party. A lot of people are being discouraged. I would say that the people that I have talked to. They they almost get to a point where they just want to quit because of the establishment rhinos or Republicans that are there. And they are running off the America first people. There's no kumbaya moment is there inside the Republican party. Unfortunately this goes back to the tea party to the America first movement if you will like the tea party is being hijacked by the people in charge and has been basically since it was created. They have a very tight grip on control and want to keep it that way. They feel threatening. He had the chairman of the rules committee for the Republican party of Florida come down and tell us all the things we could not do regarding issues that we were having locally in October of last year with the chairman of the RPOF.

29:34They basically said what we want to do if we pursued it we would all be removed. You would be removed from the party because we had a terrible leader that was corrupting the balance of our executive board and learning that only one person can in the entire organization for the state can remove rogue leadership is a real problem. If you look at that at scale, when you look at it at 50 states across the nation, if there is one member of Republican party that can have that much power over everyone within the state, then you're starting to understand why it's hard for America first to crash through the establishment that the Republican party wants to hang on to in their control. Well, and then there's another aspect of that. The state chairman is the head over 67 counties in Florida, 159 in Georgia, I can keep going, but you see the point.

30:44Each of these counties is basically their own little autonomous organization that answers to the people above and part of what I discovered in researching with Florida and the way our organizations are designed is the REC's the Republican executive committees at the local county level are all bottom up organizations. The word serves the membership. The RPOF, the Republican party of Florida in Tennessee and or Orlando or wherever we have our meetings is top down and when you have bottom up and top down combined slash collide. It's good that there are three representatives coming from each county to deal with the state level bureaucracy, if you will, and I don't mean that in a negative way. We have rules. We have constitutions. The problem is when people choose to not follow them.

31:50Are you finding that constantly? How are you finding it? Well, basically, if you're a person who's familiar with Robert's rules of order, you know, as well as I do, quorum is required for every meeting. Well, not anymore, not in the RPOF. As of December 1st or December 3rd, I think actually November 19th, the legal memorandum came down. That to for our organizational meetings and an organizational meeting quite simply means an election meeting when you're electing your new board of executive directors. Either at the state level or the county level to elect the chair and vice chair quorum is required. And who made that decision? That's a great question. Nobody has any answers for that. The rules, so that basically if they didn't have quorum, the structure of our executive committee meetings is such that when you're having an election, the new chairman gets elected and he basically takes over from the old chairman and runs the new meeting, runs the rest of the meeting.

33:10And that's great, but they need to have been elected by a quorum. In our local county, we had 122 people who were discriminated against and excluded from the election with a total body of 261. And they went ahead and had the election and they changed people as a result. And nobody knows how these rules were changed. They were just changed. There was a legal memorandum that came down from the legal department, if you will, the council for the Republican party board, but you've got to understand. Where's it come all over the state the same night. We had our election kerfuffles for one of them. I guess that's probably the most polite word I can use. I was the only county who has twice the membership we do and half the population was having the same circumstances going on and they all walked out.

34:11They left the executive board holding the bag with nobody to vote for the new executive board. They just all pointed because they knew it was wrong. There's an organization called the FRA, the federated Republican assemblies, I think, or the Republican assemblies of Florida. Anyway, I've attended their meetings and I was a candidate campaigning locally and this was a body of fellow Republicans, some of which were members of the Republican executive committee, some work. It's kind of like the RLC, the Republican Liberty Caucus. They're actually sanctioned under the RNC, the Republican National Committee and Convention. And both operate freely throughout the state of Florida with their own county level organizations. And suddenly, I think in either March, April or May, I wasn't paying close attention.

35:15The FRA got into a tail with the RPOF over the use of the name or Republican. And believe it or not, this is where I feel like the Battle of the Egos really becomes counterproductive. They were arguing about the logos and monokers such as who could display what elephant? They both represent the elephant. I wouldn't even say fifth grade. I'd say five year olds as far as, and this is apparently leading to lawsuits. Because there's the one big guy who's got the big dog and there's the other guy who's got a scrappy dog. And there's the other guy who's got a really scruffy dog, but that one's probably got more hearts than everybody else put together. But we don't need a dog fight. My problem is, I've never understood, I've seen this happen in other states formerly. You can't grow an organization or a movement by dividing it and or dissolving it.

36:18It almost makes you wonder if it's being done by design somewhere. Oh, absolutely. I mean, what happened in Oceola County happened exactly here in Lee and has happened in other counties across the state. And what people don't seem to realize is that people in my position now and my counterpart and other people who are networking with all of these other counties throughout the state. We're all comparing notes. And there's also the advent of social media. There's acts. There's Facebook. There's signal chats. There's all kinds of stuff for there. There are a multitude of and true social. There are a multitude of media streams that can be tapped into for communication and networking. And when you realize it is. I can't call it a conspiracy. I have to call it an active fight for one of better words between different organizations that are similar, but not the same at all.

37:28Basically, so I thought once the same goals, however, bagga make America great again. I don't see how that should be threatening to anybody. And America first and patriotic grassroots people like me will go out there, raise their own money, use their own money and run for political office and get support on a grassroots level from people across the county. Rather than political action committees out of Calahassee or Orlando or other states even and do a bash up job on my opponent who was the incumbent. Aren't how politics has always worked. And I've been in this since I was 15 years old. I'm not naive. I'm sometimes it seems like I'm eternally frustrated because the Republican party is famous for circular firing squats. We have the ability to steal feet from the jaws of victory dog on there every time. That's what happened in 20. That's what happened in 2018. I know 20 was the most corrupt national election we've had since 1876, which led to 11 years later, the electoral count act of 1887.

38:51We're listening to Mick Peters. He's heavily involved in the state of Florida in the Republican party. You are listening to the fight that is happening in a deep red state. You wouldn't really think that something like this would be going on in a state like Florida, where you see Donald Trump wins by millions of votes. Rick Scott, the senator, he wins by millions of votes. It would seem like everything is happy and great in the state of Florida for the Republican party, but you're hearing that it's not. We're visiting with Mick Peters from the Republican Party in the state of Florida. You're listening how the in fighting is taking place right now in the state of Florida. A lot of lawsuits are going to be coming as a result of what's happening.

43:05I want to back up to something you said a few minutes before the break there and you said when I asked the question about who's doing this and you said it's coming from attorneys but it's coming from above you know somebody is hiring the attorney to tell them what to do. Where do you think it's coming from in the state of Florida? The establishment and the political action committees and the people who want to retain their power at the most local levels and all that position all the way to the top. It's not unusual for people who feel threatened to let the you know hair get up on the back of their neck and go well no I need to stand up and do something about this. All we're trying to do is grow the organization. With more people than it to make the Republican Party more successful even stronger more stable or secure better funded at all there's the power of numbers.

44:06And you can't grow the power of numbers if you're busy dividing and and in fighting i'm sorry i'm not a piece next but I do believe in in constructive growth. Let me just give you an example our Republican executive committee in Lee County should be 1100 people strong we have 261 members. And that's the most well we've shrunk a little bit of late but years ago our goal was to grow the organization dramatically and we got up to about 318 and then we had issues with the management issues about that. And people get fed up and frustrated because we have rules we operate our meetings by the Florida. Republican parties rules of procedure the Republican party of Florida's constitution and the county model constitution which all basically give us.

45:07A guide book i mean it's it's a literal flow chart for if this happens you do that and these are the things you can't do and these are the things that you should do and you know when it comes to things like party loyal to you this et cetera these are the things you must to do. We've had for one of better words. Micro managers nitpicking things like people left off on their party loyalty oath or their application the county name of Lee for example or you know Latvia or whatever county of many in Florida all 67. And yet they still have their name their address their zip code and you could clearly tell which county they were in by any attorneys description i think they call that a scrivener's error that application was denied for people who've been in 15 and 20 years.

46:08Other people need to bring back their loyalty oath or their applications as many as three and four times and somehow our REC REC management still wound up losing 27 and. Couldn't accept photocopy to applications. From another 50 and so on it was and we're not talking about Democrats here you're talking about other Republicans. Yeah you know you're looking for synergy you're looking for a bunch of people moving in the same direction and then you're going through all of this and i'm hearing this from people in New York i'm hearing it from people in California. Now you mentioned a number of 300 318 i think exactly that was the biggest hour REC got to be but i like it said ironically Oceola County as an example has half the county population we do half the elected officials and. Precincts and voters that we do and yet they have.

47:13More than double hour REC membership so let's talk a minute about that number because that's not a huge number and i want people that are listening to understand what you can do to make a difference in how you as one of those numbers and a bunch of your friends like you. Could make a huge difference in how things are done including vetting the right politicians so that you have someone else to vote for instead of these bozos that are trying to pass an omnibus in a continuing resolution. 1580 pages right so you go i was really excited because we've been impacted personally my family by three flooding event hurricanes over the course of the last two years first there was in on. September 20 2022 then we had Nicole i'm sorry sorry Helene and Milton this year we were flooded twice in 13 days after we still hadn't even completely recovered from in two years ago we were still rebuilding our house yeah.

48:21And it's so devastating and when i first heard that there was going to be a hundred billion dollars in this continuing resolution for hurricane and fires and natural disaster recovery i was so completely thrilled i was like thank you Jesus this is what we need because we really do need help our county still has. tens of thousands of people live in temporary trailers in front of their houses yeah and i represent a whole community of them that live close to some on canals some not some on the river most not of one of the oldest subdivisions in the county and i don't mean to get off on a tangent here but. But there's probably a hundred million dollars worth of damage on the river. A quarter of a mile in one direction to a half a mile in the other direction from my home and dozens and dozens and dozens of houses like mine the owners have gotten notices from the county floodplain coordinator informing us that we have to raise our homes.

49:34After we're still trying to repair them from two floods in 13 days yeah less than three months ago and that hundred billion dollars just knowing that there was a good potential that a lot of it was going to come this way going to come to the north Carolina mountains where they desperately need it where i moved down here from 35 years ago i was just thrilled to my marrow and then i found out no that's for lots of new buildings and offices for. FEMA nationwide what a shame the republicans didn't seem to be the ones we're voting for it as much as the democrats i don't know how long my. Johnson's going to be able to remain speaker yeah i talked about that last night i don't think he will i think he's going to be out of their January but i want to talk to. The folks that are listening here about what they can do to get involved so if someone is listening to this right now. We want to talk to them about what they can do to make a difference here in the 22 midterm in the election and in their life and it's really even greater than that because it's the school board it's the county commission it's your city government all of those things are part of it and if we're going to turn this country around we need to get involved.

50:46Dan Schultz he has the precinct committee website and i know both of us know him he has been on the program before and when he was with us he mentioned that there are 400,000 precinct committee chairs in the country and then over about half of them are full and that's a big problem. We need to get people there to fill those seats and that's why i was talking about that 318 number a few minutes ago because it's that's not a lot of people. No it's not we can a county of almost a million right we can completely change the complexion of the republican party and the apparatus that's already there just by having people to go get involved locally is that fair. Donald John Trump has transformed this party into the working man's party and the secret is those working men and women need to do like me and step up and volunteer to be on your local municipalities planning commission or work with the school boards.

51:51Different organizational levels that they have for volunteers for making the system more smooth and financially efficient there are so many places there's so many jobs in government that aren't jobs at all or volunteer positions that have an incredible amount of weight long term i've been on. For different county and three five sorry different city planning commissions i've done our participated in our ears and our comprehensive growth plan reviews i've learned the language i it was what basically started me often getting serious about politics because realizing when you have. A comprehensive growth plan for a community you know where your growth is going to be instead of the unbridled stuff that's just going on crazily across the state now.

52:52And all of us prepared our comprehensive plans and our evaluations and reviews years they called them and sent them off to the Department of Community Affairs in telehassy for review so basically everybody had a boss and the system worked and growth i hate the word sustainable and sustainability but growth was well managed. And you didn't have four story condos and apartment complexes going into wetlands so if someone wants to get involved how do they do that i've told people you know Google Google your kind of. Or you hit the internet and you find out what ironically most municipalities they'll go near everyone i'm familiar with even the smallest ones in Florida have a website and they usually have a page for volunteer coming home. Volunteer coming help it's the same way with the republican party of Florida it's the same way with the republican party of each county all 67 in Florida i know it's the same way in Georgia as well.

54:03There's volunteers there's precinct committee men and committee women which is a much more serious volunteer job if you will volunteers show up and and help people sign in for meetings or. To help with the polls and polling passing out water at polling places or. Flyers for you know who they're recommending should be voted for etc they they pulled signs etc there's so many things that volunteers can do if they don't have the time or don't want to make the commitment to be a precinct committee man or committee woman. And they're desperately needed to always. Yeah and now is the time to do it for the next election you're going to wait you're going to wait until it's time to go vote and you're going to get frustrated again because the right people aren't there for you to vote for. If you want to make a difference now is the time to start making the difference go get involved locally that's that's how we make a difference in this country.

55:08His name is Mick Peters Mick thank you so much for joining us and sharing your knowledge and sharing what's going on in the state of Florida because I think so many people think Florida is just deeper at everybody thinks the same way that is not the case talk again soon regarding the Democrat that they just brought over to the Republican party. It has simply changed jackets but none of her values and ethics. It's scary yeah we're going to degrade our party if we don't hold on to our values and if you just go to our p o f dot org and click on about you can read the mission statement for the Republican party of Florida and unfortunately it's not being practiced by a lot of people but it's been one of the best ways I've been able to pull people back from the edge and stop breaking rules is read what we're supposed to be doing this is who we are this is who we're supposed to be we advocate for freedom independence free speech.

56:13A solid constitutional state in country a great state to raise our kids the the most sound and strong Republican party in the nation.
