How about making a choice to not share your wealth of experiences with those who have never been there for you? Oh, I think we've all been there before. Learning how to deal with those who felt no time to deal with you. I mean, people wrestle with this endlessly, mainly because the unheard of employee or family member knows a better path, but will the king of all know it all's release their ego to pull in information for what we in martial arts called the white belt. I mean, if you're not sharing your knowledge, it's seen as bitterness. Your experience is yours. Yeah. And you don't have to share it with business day bullies. Why do the underdogs, though, eventually give in? It's not a smooth move to poison your legacy teaching the all knowing a new

2:08trick might in fact open a new door. It's passing your experiences forward to a third party. What? Think about that. The experiences and the knowledge that you have, you're choosing not to give it to somebody who has taken from you for all of these years, but to keep it from them keeps it from a third party. It's almost like you're stealing from the person beyond the bully. Never forget your wisdom is nothing more than a gift who you choose to share it with is a question that deals with values rather than what's right and what's wrong. As the holder of your knowledge, do you offer it as a reward for loyalty? Or give in because they won't get off your back. Psychologists and religious leaders have wrestled with this for centuries. Are we born to teach or steal other people's experiences? Now, one mental health leader states that we are born with a capacity for many behaviors, not with a destiny to teach and or steal. The act of teaching is all about the physical steps required to share knowledge. Stealing information comes from a much different playing field. The circumstances include desperation, opportunity, poor impulse and greed. Stealing is a learn behavior. You are not born to be a thief. It is how you were influenced. Now, the good news is someone who is known for stealing can actually evolve into a brilliant

4:13teacher. All of us are brought into this world to do one thing. Learn. We make the choice to lift somebody up or take them down by stealing from their presence. Biology gives us certain tenderness. It's our experiences, decisions and values that play that role. If we determine to share it or take it completely away, oh, it is a choice.
