On offense I play guard and defense I play a defense tackle I can replay anywhere on defense but that's what I play on defense okay so what you want to do like better the offense of the defense? I like defense better because I get more recognition on defense uh make more plays and but I still like offense too okay so he said both of y'all offense and defense okay okay what does she got come out of them all right so um what goes through your mind when you first step on the field as far as um is it certain songs you got a listen to the put you in that mindset you you what like what is it that you do preparation to the game and then

9:19what's on your mind as you you know you step on that field uh I do listen to a lot of songs throughout the day for the games like in the mornings I start off part with gospel then I throughout day like I rip before the game I listen to like a little route it depends like who it is at that point but I don't I don't really think about much like before the game I try to we got we have a thing called a next five seconds so we focus on next five seconds of like what's going to happen next not like a head like next 10 I always worry about next five seconds so I don't really think about much okay I like that all right so um as far as your supporters going through this journey give us a little um enlightenment on like your your biggest supporters throughout your whole even starting as a baby because then your biggest supporters your biggest supporters my mom has been my big supporter she been with me like every step of the way from Lily to now um

10:25by addition to that uh my family like my g-mom my g-dad they've been there for me also uh auntie uncles other family members and friends they have all been there for me okay let me let me y'all I know I keep going into and of course this is what I'm gonna do this has week um was senior week it was senior week and of course he got to take um so people I don't feel with him to get his mom and his g-mom but when I tell y'all the stands was rocking y'all we was in them stands rocking with the signs with the bells with the I was definitely ringing my band yeah we we we was in stands so he has a huge huge support system and thank god for that because a lot of people realize don't have that but he had a lot of people probably about 40 people or so that was there supporting him and so many others that wanted to be there that couldn't be there but was sending love and was at home watching it on you too so

11:28I'm a digginly bit deeper since um I do know your background give us um some that gave you a little foundation growing up like um your your little league coaches you're shouting them out as well uh I want to start off by saying uh but coach T he didn't like the reason why I started playing football uh he knew my mom and told her that I needed to be playing football I came out there I didn't really like it at first like they said but I ended up loving it then uh recipes coach her vague but he was also like a big part of factor too uh like I would be throwing up sick or whatever he'll tell me to push through it and it helped me with my mindset that I have now uh keep pushing through with the things like injuries sick tired yeah keep pushing uh coach country uh he also helped me like on both that's how I start off playing both sides of all uh playing center then and uh defense then so all the coaches back then

12:34helped me to where I get I don't know okay okay absolutely all right all right so um outside of football what is something people will be surprised to know about you I like to go mud riding uh fishing uh really like it depends but I like to do outdoor things like chair rides and stuff but anything really outdoor okay what else you got what else you got all right here's a good one um if you could play for any college or any field team um what team would that be uh the university of Alabama uh that's team that was like I grew up watching my I'm the big fan of Alabama always wanted to play for Alabama and still hope to continue to play for Alabama one day okay now let me give a disclaimer on that he loves Alabama but he was

13:39you know we don't we we discriminate so y'all got some offers good offers out there from hey but like you said we grew up you know being an Alabama fan and a lot of that of course we got an uncle that went and ran tracks for Alabama so he's a huge supporter of T.O. as well um always supporting watching the game and stuff on YouTube can get to the games but he's watching them and supporting them so yeah we are the Alabama fans but now y'all know he has that he said the university of Alabama but you guys know all those out there we you know we put them all on the table put them out on the table absolutely fine and still just for me knowing your journey what else prepped you to get here I know you went to want to jail in her camps and like what else that you went through as far as your whole football journey to get you to where you are now um as far as inspirational football players are like what what got you here now uh it took a lot of training

14:42uh I first thought off training with Matt House so I'll be I working out with Matt Wilson here in Rhodes a lot of uh like Pudas in the NFL now they came from Montgomery and there's one D1 in college uh I worked out with them growing up a lot uh now I work out with T Crawford uh what a lot of D1 players now too and NFL players uh he helped me build my strength uh speed and even like just watching film help me watch film better so I can know my opponent and make plays on the field so you mentioned the weight room how um like what's your heavy is that you're lifting uh I bet 405 uh I'm gonna give you a squat 405 405 405 405 all right how much you did live uh we don't really live but but we uh we do Frank squat and then my

15:43front squat is 475 so y'all don't want to try him all right I'm gonna hold on it 75 oh oh five oh all right so with this being your senior year what are you looking to close out it's for as your senior year so far we know you got the interception what else that you're looking to to get through as far as your your senior year in football uh I try to take it again uh game by game I don't try to look too much in the future but the main goal is to go to state championship and win it and win uh so that's the main goal all right so before you pass it back to her what we and she just said and we've been saying what has been what was your favorite thus far this senior year um the favorite your favorite accomplishment uh the interception very first tell us about that interception uh the interception so right before the play my coach had

16:48told me to watch the watch screen uh so then once they got it they broke the hood and then the interior three office linemen they said they said it's three so it's three usually if you play all along you know but us three means that they go out for a screen and I didn't know which way but I knew it was coming so I had to still like work a move and pass rush then they all just took off so then I looked behind me and the run-up was behind me so then my time turned around the ball was in the air and I had to get the ball so you got to jump up and get the ball let me say me add two and you had to jump up and get the ball yeah we got the break we got it we got a picture we got a record it we got all of that yeah so that was the not only his first interception of the senior year but the first interception of the senior year so nobody can take you you know you he's only one only the first so for this senior year T.O. Trevon orm got the first interception
