U of Hawaii Alumni and former pro player Brook Sedore joins the show! Brook grew up in Grand Prairie, Alberta where he was part of a strong club and school program, winning back to back Provincial Championships. He was also a part of Team Alberta where he won Canada Games. Brook played professionally in Germany, Estonia, France and Cyprus before focusing on his love of coaching. Hear some amazing stories and Brook's love for our sport in this interview.
