About this episode
Once upon a time, Facebook was THE lifeblood of obstacle racing. It has been said the OCR is the sport that social media built. It started with posting your favorite fire jump pic. Then someone would comment they had done a race too, and asked if you would do the next one with them. Facebook groups are where we learned about cool gear to buy and new races to run. It's where we could find training groups and discount codes. Some of us still have the friends we made online to this day.
Let's talk to Paul Jones, who was an admin of one of the largest OCR groups from 2012-2018.
