The Biggest Lesson I Learned from Running 100 Miles (People Matter) | Ep. 179
About this episode
This episode is all about the biggest lesson I learned from running 100 miles — and it’s not about running.
It’s about people.
This race would’ve been completely different if I did it alone. Training with Caleb every day for seven months, having my mom, my sister, Jeremy, and our families there to support us — that’s what made this experience what it was.
At mile 50, I hit my wall. I didn’t want to go any further. And that’s when Jeremy jumped in and ran 12 miles with me. Those miles changed everything. That moment reminded me why having the right people around you matters so much.
