How do I make more money and most people here's what they do they go try to start something else, you know I'll have a guy that's let's say he's he's doing okay He's making 250 300 thousand dollars a year and his main job. He's like hey, man I think I'm gonna coach people make some extra money No, no, what what? No, no, no, you're trying to find a way out of the work You think coaching people is not work. Matter of fact, let me tell you that's hard work So I don't do it anymore

1:01Hardest job I've ever had in my life to be honest with you now Maybe you're a people person that might work better for you than it does for me But I'm just saying people if I'm gonna go buy crypto and I'm gonna get rich off of that I'm gonna go invest my money in this thing and it's gonna make me rich and the truth is if you want to make more money It's not an investment. It's not a tax strategy It's just work harder, but yet so many people They ignore that they think oh, that's too simple. It can't be that easy up and working hard my whole life And it's like I said in the last episode My janitor works hard here in the building, but he's the lowest paid person But what if my janitor spend his night times here or his day while he's mopping my floors and cleaning the bathrooms What if he had his air pods in and instead of listening to Betecito, which I know fucking bet those be jamming that shit all the time Said to listen into that he was listening to things to learn to speak English better And then once he learned to speak English better He started listening to my videos and in my podcast and he started actually talking and living his life that way And within two or three years because he's worked harder because he went above and beyond now the sun needs selling for me

2:05That's a path for this guy Now he gets to choose whether he wants to go down that path or not that path is available for him If Beto needs more money than the answers to work harder And oftentimes the answers to work harder on yourself in the form of honing in and sharpening your skills And what I mean by that is if you need more money and you work in sales and you say man I'm capped out First boss bullshit You can always hire somebody to come work for you to free up your time to where you got more time available You can always any company in the world you may have to pay them My first assistant was a 63 year old man named Bob Bolton They were about the fire Bob Bolts old ass and they said Ryan you Since you're the new guy here and we hired you with two felonies You need to take care of Bob Bolton within six months Bob Bolton was the baddest motherfucker working there Me and Bob were doing a hundred million dollars of deals a year Bob when I left because I couldn't get a mortgage license from the fed when I left He went to work for the CEO of the company he went from the same dude It was gonna fire his ass to after spending two and a half years with me He actually died working for the CEO Bob worked every day of his life

3:07Till he became an old man and died in natural causes at 70 something years old And in his job was he was a executive assistant to the CEO of that company Why he worked harder. I taught him here's what we're gonna do We're gonna work hard Bob said this in the beginning He said Ryan I would do anything for you I'll work my ass up but I won't steal cheat or line I say good. I don't do any of those things get to fucking work And within two and a half years within six months because of Bob's additional outflow in work He became well known in that company as the number two producer My assistant
