He replied, Blessed rather are those who hear the Word of God and obey it, Luke chapter 11 verse 28. Dear Jesus, your word says, Blessed are those who hear the Word of God and obey it. Lord, we admit that this is hard for us at times. We admit that we are weak and fragile and untrusting of your complete oversight and protection of our lives. Help us to read, learn, and know your word and choose to obey it, even when it feels hard in our current situation. We ask your Holy Spirit to guide us in every choice so we can be obedient to you. We want this, not to be blessed by material things or accolades, but because you deserve it for saving us, and we love you. And we know through obedience, we are walking in your plan for us, which is always good. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.
