The Ashes - Day 1 - Second Test - Warner and Labuschagne Pile On The Pain & Buttler Drops Clanger!

The 2021/22 Ashes series is underway, as The Cricket Podcast boys get together to recap day one of the second Test between Australia and England. So far in the day's play Australia have batted carefully, making England work very hard in the field. Labuschagne became the third fastest Australian to 2000 Test runs, Warner added another 50 to his collection, and only Marcus Harris failed. Eventually Warner was out, caught by Broad in strange circumstances. And England could have had Labuschagne too, had Buttler not dropped a clanger at the end of the day.  England bowled well, but without a lot of threat, as Anderson and Broad returned to the team.
