The arrest of former Prince Andrew, explained

Last week, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, was arrested at his home on suspicion of misconduct in public office. It is the first time since 1649 that a member of the British royal family has been arrested. And it is one of the first arrests with a person named in the Epstein files since the three million documents were released earlier this year. So how did we get here?
