With her pioneering attitude, Cheryl has made strong contributions in the areas of learning with an emphasis on behavioural change. Cheryl has been recognized as a leader in the architecture and design of interactive multimedia learning systems and strategies. Cheryl has dedicated her life to developing learning solutions that drive performance at work and in one's personal life.

Erin Donovan is a learning and organisational design leader. She focuses her corporate success on building measured growth strategies grounded in her practical and academic experience. She is currently the Founder and Chief Partner of Fuel Training Consultants, where she and her team focus on the individual, the classroom, and their corporate partners. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and is a National Board-Certified educator. She currently is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Learning Network.
