A trained remote viewer is sitting inside a laboratory carved into solid rock. He can't see outside, and the staff around him wear uniforms with no rank and no unit markings. And a few feet away stands something more than six feet tall, giving off light from different parts of its body, answering his questions, not with words, but with patterns of light. This comes straight out of the newest and final journal of Jacques Vallet, and the man who describes living it says the being was brought in on purpose by the US program. So Vallet is 86 years old now, and he is an astrophysicist and computer scientist to help build the early internet and work inside with lead scientists with the Air Force's project

3:05Blue Book. He was recently both on the Bigelow podcast and on news nation. Here is what he said on news nation. Did conventional spoken language fail or was it not possible with this being? The answers were in the form of light configurations. And so had we learned, had humans learned how to communicate with it through light? There was limited from what he told me, there was limited knowledge of what was positive and negative, it was us to only frame questions in a way that where the answer could be yes or no. Vallet protects the source under the name Gilbert and elite remote viewer, someone trained to gather information about distant people and places using his mind alone. According to journals, about 20 years ago, Gilbert was taken into a bunker built inside a small mountain, and there were no drugs and no medical procedures. He was brought face to face with

4:07a living entity and asked to make contact. The being was not one of those small gray entities that people usually picture, it stood six feet tall, it gave off light, and it may have been held inside some kind of wired suit. Gilbert was told to ask only questions that could be answered yes or no. Some answers came back in a form he couldn't read, and the session actually lasted several hours. Vallet asked whether the entity was a prisoner, here's what he said. What's the entity a prisoner? No. How long had the entity asked him that question of course, he said the entity was a volunteer? You intriguingly talk about in your diary captured or volunteer beings, you're clear that this being was there voluntarily. Yes. Now Vallet is not describing a captured entity, he's describing a being that by his account chose to be there inside a human facility,

5:10taking part in a long effort to communicate. Gilbert's impression was that this being wanted contact and that the reason for the visits is tied to humanity reaching space, at the same moment it gained the power to destroy itself. Ross Coltart pushed on to who Gilbert really is, and he named people from military remote viewing, including Joseph McMonigal, known as remote viewer number one, in the Army's program. For now Gilbert stays hidden. Vallet also lays out a theory from these cases. He suggests two levels of non-human intelligence, which he shortens to NHI. The higher level, the controllers may be truly alien. The smaller beings, the ones tied to close encounters, may be biological forms engineered to operate here on the ground. He calls this a pattern he has seen across cases, but it's not a proven fact as of yet. Vallet once helped build a huge database of

6:10sightings called Capella, and it held around 260,000 cases. Funded by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the DIA, and the branch of the Pentagon that handles military intelligence and run through Bigelow's aerospace company. He designed it so that later stages could sort the real anomalies out from everything with ordinary explanation. Then the funding was cut after about two and a half years, roughly 15 years ago, and the train team was let go on a two week notice. The filters were never built with that database. The question is that those two levels of sanity checks that I had designed were never applied. So they have something with up to 95% false positive. A false positive is a case that looks like a real UFO in the file, but turns out to be a normal

A plane at a strange angle, a weather balloon, a satellite camera glare, Vallet is saying that a raw pile like this, as many as 95 out of every 100 cases, fall apart the moment a trained person examines them. But for Valet's project that never actually happened, the database paid for by the public now sits inside the government in raw form. Still full of that noise, all of those false

9:17positives. And the one man who knew how to clean it up was pushed out with the two week notice. So if a study you paid for as a taxpayer had already gathered the real answers, wouldn't you want that data released or do you believe some of it is better left classified? Well, you can tell me. Valet does not accept every case ad face value and he raises a caution that the military radar encounters that goes further than what most people take it. So first start with a very simple version. He explains that a small electric box can feed a false return to a radar and make a tiny aircraft look like a huge one or make an object appear to jump across the sky when it never actually has moved. Here is what he said on the big aloe podcast about that. If I control your radar, I can look like anything I want. If I have this little box or the new box,

10:19somebody somewhere. So maybe you really were testing little boxes. And the thing never went to the top of the atmosphere. How do you know? What about the visual perception? You're reading a signal and you're making the induction from the signal that you got to the instrument that somebody just came and took away. So if a point electronic box built by humans can do that, valet asks what a truly advanced object could do to our sensors. Think about the famous cases where a UAP seemed to shoot straight up and leave the atmosphere in a fraction of a second. Valet considers a possibility most people don't even think about. What if the object never made that move at all? What if it can reach into

11:23the radar itself and paint that impossible flight onto the screen so that the sensor reports something that never physically happened? The reading would look real, the motion behind it might not actually be at all. And to be clear, he is not saying the famous Navy cases are fake. He still trusts what the pilots saw with their own eyes. He says that a chunk of the data, everyone argues over has never truly been examined. So building hard conclusions on it is actually a mistake. After 60 years, valet's conclusion is not that a secret group controls all of this UFO information, all this UFO data, maybe even legacy programs, is actually close to the opposite. He thinks nobody is in charge, and that the way he describes it is compartmentalization. The subject is broken into pieces and then scattered across 14 separate US intelligence agencies, each one holding a fragment. Many of them unaware that the others even exist. So no single person

12:29holds the clearance to put it back all together. And he says that secrecy is getting deeper and deeper with each passing year. Which points to the biggest change in how valet now sees the whole field. After 60 years, he says researchers have all made the same quite assumption. They believe they can study this from the outside, run the numbers, and then walk away the same person that they were before. He thinks that assumption is the mistake. I think the biggest conclusion is that we have been working at the wrong level. We've been doing what people always do, they assume they can they can study the phenomenon and it's truly much of science without themselves changing. If you talk to the people who have been communicating with whales and orcas and dolphins and so on,

13:30they will all say right away that they've been deeply changed by the experience. I don't hear that from the people looking at UFO data. His comparison here is pretty interesting. The scientists who spend years learning to communicate with whales orcas and dolphins almost all say the same thing. The work changed them. They came out of it a different person. Valet says he doesn't hear that from the people studying UFO data. They treat it like a spreadsheet to be solved, expecting that if they gather enough cases, an answer will simply just fall into their lap. His point is that the phenomenon may not open up to anyone who refuses to be changed by it. To valet, this is not a math problem that you can just win from a safe distance. It may be a two-way exchange and that means the researcher has to be willing to change as well. So let me end with this. You have a respected

14:32scientist who is saying three things at once that a living non-human being may have sat in a room and answered a person in light that the data to understand all of this may already exist that's left on red inside our own agencies and that no one is truly steering this ship.
