In this episode, we explore a situation where a leader with positional power asks to be updated in a meeting because they are too busy to come prepared. The team member leading the meeting did what they were asked to do, felt terrible and now seeks alternative actions beyond the stronger words they had in their mind! We share several strategies to deal with this specific situation.
