About this episode
Today I talk about the 5th habit, from the best selling book by Steven Covey, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." The fifth habit is, seek first to understand, then be understood. It's the skill of active, or empathic listening. The first day I put this into action, I instantly became a better communicator. It's not a one day fix, or skill. But you will get immediate positive results. It's a skill you can continue to hone the rest of your life.
