The 2 major mistakes recruits make in the recruiting process and why is Instagram so important

Today we discuss the 2 major mistakes I see made in the recruiting process and tips on what the college coaches want to see on Instagram the most important place to show the coaches what you can do and who you are.  

JH Girls- It is very normal to send out emails and go to college summer camps, but we want you to make the very most of both these situations.  We also want your Instagram to reflect your amazing strengths not only in gymnastics but in life.  You are so much more than a gymnast.  You are all unique and have tremendous attributes to show these college coaches.  We need to start with the basics and then enhance and make your Instagram stand out .  Have fun with it, maybe create a bio video of yourself.
