Es curious to know. Dan decía, yo he known and done business with what I'm calling Mr. X for now. For many years, even while being paid to provide consulting to him, I learned things about a key marketing strategy that has guided my own development for years and is substantially responsible for my success in wealth. This is a pretty powerful speaker. It actually just lives right here in Vancouver. Well, I want to tell you a little bit more about this,

our speaker and our facilitator tonight. He founded and created what is known as the Real Estate Investment Network, which is better known as Rain. It's amazing. This is a concept that he ceded in his mind that created this organization that at one time had more than 1200 members across the country. He also created the mind-money and wealth seminar. He's also the creator of what he calls the Q-solution and the M-solution. Now, what amazes me is that he's had Parkinson's disease for the last 25 years. And most of his success has occurred after he was diagnosed with Parkinson's. What is unusual for me is I met in year 2000 myself. I've never known this person without Parkinson's. That's the only picture in image I have. He's always had Parkinson's. I know him. He has two daughters who are professionally ballet dancing in Europe right now. He's going to actually come out of retirement, he says, to relaunches my money while seminar. Now, our mystery speaker here has both been a mentor to myself and to Dan Locke. We still get together about every four or six weeks in a small mastermind group

and still mastermind together. And what I like us to do is to give us a big warm welcome for my friend, my mentor, Mr. Allen Jax. Applause. All right. Thank you. No worry, I usually stumble and I usually fall. But if I do fall, I usually bounce out pretty good. I'll help you out. So here's the question tonight. Are you going to hear from an old man who's kind of gimpie? Or are you going to hear from a guy who knows something about marketing business? Get the way to find out. 60 well-being organized if you're just free of your patient. One thing about having Parkinson's disease, you learn to learn patience. Because as progressives slow down, it takes me four times longer to a full full of talent than I used to.

So I don't have four towels anymore. The housekeeper. In the fall of 1969, after I see it, he's shut across Canada and got home. I went to my parents' house for, I guess, I just lived there for a year after that. So after that. And so the fall of 1969, I decided that I wanted to learn how to drive a car. So my dad has this 1961 Chevrolet Impella. And back then, they were big cars. They were huge. So I said, dad, you can just get a drive. At that time, he knew I passed to the Marijuana stage and I wasn't doing that. And he more or less, he said, I don't want to teach this guy how to drive a car. And so we had a couple of times, I almost cracked up his car and he just freaked out. Trying to, don't do it. Don't do it. It's in my hand.

It shakes once in a while. It does. Just wave at it and calm down eventually. So I went out in the car a couple of times when he was my dad and this was hopeless. He was really afraid of cars and he cracked up. And I was afraid I was going to crack up his car. So we'd read it out, we'd take lessons. So I enrolled in an eight lesson program at a local driving school in Brunny, where it was brought up. And I ended up with this old German driving instructor. You know, Volkswagen, square back. A type 3 Volkswagen from the 60s. You know, they say some of you are not even able to know what they're all about. They're kind of rare. But sitting at dual controls and doing anything else. And this old German was, he was pretty instructor. I learned fast and I mastered most driving things. I could even parallel park it, but they were lesson. But the fifth lesson, I still had one major problem. No, I actually, I went where it was. It's okay. If you see me doing something weird, just ignore me. I have a lot of weird things that, you know,

if you always want to crack things, because I don't do things that are normal. I'm not going to remember, but I know for almost 30 years at all. Really? Yes. What's your name? I'm Daniel and I'm going to see you again. Thank you. So the problem I had in my, we became really apparent in the fifth lesson was, I remember I came into a stop sign on a busy street. I'd freeze. I looked down to the road and I always see the back trucks, buses and cars coming at me. And I couldn't drive on the track. I had the way to. There was no cars at all. And I'd pull out the traffic. My driving instructor got kind of sad this, because he knew I wouldn't pass the driving test. I kept doing that kind of thing. Every lesson we worked out, worked out, worked out. And finally, we did it one more time. I came into the busy intersection, looked down to the left at the all the traffic of the enemy. And I just froze again. And then he got, he also got really agitated. Grab the, grab control of steering wheel. There's dual controls. And he's to the history wheel. Booth the gas, scoot out in the traffic,

rub down the next street and pull over to the side of the road. Turn off the engine. He's out and building the dashboard. And he turned and looked at me and he said, Alan, look for holes, not cars. Look for holes, not cars. He said, I'm 18 years old. I got long hair. I just hit them across Canada. I played in a rock band. This guy's trying to tell me, look for holes, not cars. Then I got it. I got what he was, what he meant. So I started at the car this time. We were around the next corner and the next corner. Back to the same intersection. This time I looked down at all the traffic of the enemy at me. And it was the same traffic. The reality was the same as it wasn't forced. And now I noticed something different. There was gaps between the cars. Some of them, the buses and the trucks. Some of the gaps were huge. They didn't have to fit a car into. So I rode the traffic. From the emergency stand, I didn't have any problems with driving into the traffic anymore. Even though I had parts to do. I still drive today. I still rode into the traffic. And all of a sudden, what did I say to me?

Now, parallel that to life. The reality that we all face is the same. But different people are different police systems. So you have the same reality. Different beliefs. It was a different result. Same belief. The same reality. Different belief. Different result. The driving structure. The story magnifies a little clearly what it's all about. Today, in our society, in our culture, in our economic world, there are opportunities every day that people pass by. Because they've been treated. The obliciousness says that that's a bad deal. But they don't even see the deal. Most deals are out there. People don't even know that they're out there. And we ever know for years that most jobs are acquired, not by ads in newspapers or online. They're acquired because of who you know. And most things are like that way. So the DJ was talking to us earlier on about relationships. So today, what we're going to do is something a bit different. You're not going to hear me talk much tonight.

You guys are going to do most of the talking. We're going to do something called breakthrough circles tonight. Have you heard of this event? Are you from a breakthrough circle? No. Probably not. I'll guarantee that most of you will walk out of here and change persons after tonight. So what I want you to do right now is stand up. We stand up. I want you to form groups of four. So groups of four. And how you identify your fellow groups of four, look for people who have clothing on their upper body that's similar to yours. If you can't find a group of four, put your hand up and we'll come around and get you teamed up. Keep a four. I want you to go go back to your chairs and form circles with your chairs. Go do that right now. Circles of four. Use the whole room up.

I want you to spend the next minute talking to your neighbors. Find out each of your names. I think they get to be called or give a nickname, whatever it is. Just get to know each other a little bit. Just talk to the next minute and a half, actually. Next minute and a half because they know each other. Go ahead and do that now. Runcás, Jadeas con Do Hermes, ¿te sientes exausto?
