And now he is Armstrong and Getty. If you are calling about the crisis in the Middle East, please press one. It's not press two.
06Please do not rely on the US government for assisted departure or evacuation at this time. There are currently no United States evacuation points. Please continue to check the embassy's website for updated information in the event of ongoing military action. Wow, that's the worst automated response I've ever heard for anything. And I hate them all, even when it's a minor problem. If you're calling about the crisis in the Middle East, press one. You're huddled in a hotel that's being bombed. Wow. If you'd like to run for your life, press three. If you'd like to huddle in the fetal position, press four. Wow. Well, what a rough time to be in the Middle East. Yeah. Well, we can't get you out right now, so be safe and stay in touch. So we have a number of bits of audio here centering around the conflict with Iran, the ongoing effort to bring down the regime.
07At some point, I want to get a little more specific about how Israel in particular is going after Iran's police state. I mean, the apparatus, all of it that was mowing down citizens in the street, torturing dissidents, hanging gay people, raping women, the rest of it. They're trying to dismantle it piece by piece so that people over Iran can rise up. And it's only just begun according to what they say. But first of all, Marco Rubio addressing the question of Israeli and U.S. cooperation. There absolutely was an imminent threat. And the imminent threat was that we knew that if Iran was attacked and we believe they would be attacked, that they would immediately come after us. And we were not going to sit there and absorb a blow before we responded, because the Department of War assessed that if we did that, if we waited for them to hit us first after they were attacked, and by someone else, Israel attacked them, they hit us first. And we waited for them to hit us. We would suffer more casualties and more deaths. We went proactively in a defensive way to prevent them from inflicting higher damage.
08Have we not done so? There would have been hearings on Capitol Hill about how we knew that this was going to happen, and we didn't act preemptively to prevent more casualties and more loss of life. That's absolutely true. It would have been just like after 9-11, when you, why didn't you act on this intelligence? Why don't we get all kinds of intelligence? But it would have been, you know, we could have had 150 guys killed, and you'd been asked, you knew this was going to happen. You knew Israel was going to attack, and you did nothing. Right. Marco there, though, with a rare misstep, I think, in that it did sound like Israel was wagging the dog, that they decided to attack. So we had to join blah, blah, blah. And as we discussed earlier, I don't think that's a good way to describe it. And I'm surprised he did by way of setting that up. Let's hear Steve Whit cough, Michael from yesterday. And let me say this because I forgot this small little detail. In that first meeting, both the Iranian negotiators said to us directly with, you know, no shame that they controlled 460 kilograms of 60 percent,
18and they're aware that that could make 11 nuclear bombs, and that was the beginning of the end negotiating stance. So that's, they were, they were proud of it. They were proud that they had evaded all sorts of oversight protocols to get to a place where they could deliver 11 nuclear bombs. So why would they say or do that if that's accurate? I am so astounded and befuddled by their negotiating tactics during the recent talks. I don't know. But for, let's Steve Whit cough, Trump's number one negotiator in the region to say they sat down, said, well, right. They sat down and said, yeah, we've got nothing rich uranium to make 11 nuclear bombs. Just keep that in mind, bitches. And Whit cough was like, what in reported that to the president? And then when those negotiations clearly were going nowhere. And Israel told the White House, hey guys, we know precisely where the Ayatollah is. And there's a giant meeting tomorrow of all of his leadership above ground.
21And we can get him. We're going to move on him. And Trump said clearly in Rubio and, and Hegseth said, do it. We're with you. Now is the time to bring down the regime. So yes, Israel was going to strike Iran. And if we did not help them, we would have absorbed blow before we went. So Marco, everything he said was right. But he left out the part that we've been working with the Israelis for a very long time on what's the opportunity to bring down the regime? How are the negotiations going? What do we know about the leadership in the rest of it? So it was just two allies cooperate. Well, let me just say as a guy, it reads a lot of recent history. There's always so much we don't know. Always so much. There will be a Bob Woodward book in two years earlier about how this all played out. And there'll be a lot of stuff that's completely new, moving pieces. That's what that's one of the problems with these sorts of things is we have an old book. We have an open system. The people are in charge, civilian control, all these different sorts of things.
23But in retrospect, looking back, there's always a whole bunch of things the voters don't know about that are going on. Yeah. Getting back to that other clip. This is today's 71, Michael. This is Marco Rubio when he was a senator back in 2015, warning what would happen with the Obama Iran nuclear deal. Iran will immediately use the money that it's receiving in sanctions relief to begin to build up its conventional capabilities. They're going to build anti-access capabilities. Rockets capable of destroying aircraft carriers and ships. Continued to build these swift boats that are able to swarm our naval assets. And they'll make it harder and harder for US troops to be in the region. They'll also work with other terrorist groups in the region to target American servicemen and women. They'll also continue to build long-range missiles. Missiles capable of reaching the United States. Those are not affected by this deal. And they'll continue to build them as they've been doing. And then at some point in the near future, when the time is right, they will build a nuclear weapon. And they will do so because at that point, they will know that they have become immune.
24That we will no longer be able to strike their nuclear program because the price of doing so will be too high. Absolutely. Every word of that was true. They were working as hard as they could to do all of those things. Very clever by Iran. Thank you. We were talking about this the other day. To have all these other groups with different names so that people kind of think, well, there's Hezbollah and there's Hamas and the Hussley, they're all Iran. Right. Russia didn't come up with that plan, that idea or Hitler didn't. I mean, you should have had to, you know, all these different groups instead of just its the Russians or the Nazis. Because it's a good way to spread out the blame in people's minds. Arguably maybe mercenaries, but they're controlled by Iran, by the Holland by directed by. Here's Marco responding to the narrative that Israel wagged our dog. President made a decision and the decision he made was that Iran was not going to be allowed to hide behind its ballistic missile program. That Iran was not going to be allowed to hide behind its ability to conduct these attacks.
27That decision had been made. The President made a decision to systematically destroy this terroristic capability that they had and we carried that out. I was very clear on that answer. This was a question of timing of why this had to happen as a joint operation. Not the question of the intent. Once the President made a decision that negotiations were not going to work, that they were playing us on the negotiations and that this was a threat that was untenable, the decision was made to strike them. That's what I said yesterday and you guys need to play it. You guys need to play these statements. You need to play the whole statement. Not slipping to reach an narrative that you want to do. That was big talk all day long that media outlets took a portion of what Rubio said, which gave it different context. Right. Right. How about the quiet wisdom of Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana? That's what we need right now. 73, Michael. I don't hate anyone, but I will shed no tears for the Ayatollah committee. He won the Corn Toss and he elected to receive.
28And boarded, he received. May he rest in pieces. He died with the bud of millions of people under his fingernails. And measure that. And Jack, I know you wanted to squeeze this in if we could. This is hapless, useless Weasel Kierstamer, the current Prime Minister of Britain, who would bring down the Western world if he could out of his own white guilt, begging the Muslim community for forgiveness or permission or something or other. Yes. Stamer is desperately trying to maintain a positive relationship with the Islamic community in the UK. Just days after the joint U.S. and Israeli attack that took out the Ayatollah Kamanai. The PM hosted an iftar in Westminster Hall where he handed to the Islamic community, making clear that the UK had no part in the strikes against Iran.
29But on Iran, I want to make it. The UK was not involved in the offensive strikes of the U.S. and Israel. I'm not remains the case. Wow. What can we do now? So when did he do that? Yesterday or day before? Okay. So is either 48 or 72 hours after your closest ally launches an attack against an enemy of the world. You go to a group and say, hey, we had nothing to do with this. By the way, nothing. We weren't involved at all. I mean, you got to take that shot in the early hours of this. Well, I screw him. He can't leave fast enough. He's bad for the world. He's part of a government that actively covered up a gang rape syndicate because he was afraid of angering Muslim folks
32or coming off his racist or bigoted or something. Covered up the repeated sexual abuse of young English girls. So yeah, begging for forgiveness from some gathering is nothing for him. Right on a lighter note because it pisses me off. Here's some good advice, seriously now, good advice. Choose simply safe home security. Customizable whole home security system back by 24 seven monitoring agents who you can rely on to act even when you can't. The other guys just send you an alert. Hey, there's somebody trying to smash in your window. You're on a flight. You're in a meeting. You're doing whatever. You're in the shower. Not going to get that alert. Simply safe combines AI with live monitor monitoring agents who take action for you. I have simply safe. I love it. They don't have any contracts because they believe you're going to like simply safe. Best customer service. They've been named in home security. That's very important to me. And that's been my experience too.
32Yep. While other security companies lock you in. Simply safe has no long-term contracts. They're so confident they back it with an anti theft guarantee. Simply safe protects over four million people. So good. Right now you good people can get 50% off your new simply safe system. It's simply safe.com slash Armstrong. That's simply safe.com slash Armstrong. You're going to love it as much as we do. There's no safe like simply safe. By the way, quickly on the whole Iran thing. So more polling is coming in and it's getting broken down. The whole. There's a battle going on in the Republican world because of the Tucker Carlson crowd being so much against this. CBS poll has 85% of Republicans supporting it. That's the CBS poll in Fox. It's 84 in Washington Post. It's 81 in Reuters episodes. It's 82. So it seems to be in the low mid 80s support among Republicans for this. Yeah. Yeah. A great, a great piece by on Iranian.
34He's the director of Iranian studies that Stanford and a fellow at the Hoover institution on the prospects of getting rid of the regime that I found pretty compelling. In fact, we could probably talk to him at some point as we are friends with the Hoover institution. We'll get to that in a little bit. Cool. Stay tuned. Armstrong and Getty. It's seamlessly in tune with you. Exfinity. Imagine that. Restrictions apply. Homeland Security Secretary Christy Nome under political attack. Realt over her agency's aggressive deportation policies, and the deaths of American citizens, Alex Prety, and Renee Good. Republican Senator Tom Tillis, who's called for Nome to resign, was relentless. And what we've seen is a disaster under your leadership, Miss Nome. But many Senate Republicans defending DHS immigration tactics. There's been and women who are trying to solve this problem that was created by our Democratic colleagues. You have no idea of the mess they inherited. Pretty jazzy hearing John Kennedy, the aforementioned folksy Louisiana, and going after Secretary Nome over the $220 million advertising campaign, and who got money from it.
42And then Tom Tillis, Republican North Carolina, who I think is retiring, he's not running for re-election, just absolutely lightener up, chewing her out. I think the dynamic here is there were a handful of cabinet choices that President Trump made, that the senators on the committees were like, you know, are you sure you want this person? Because we're not impressed. And Trump insisted they said, all right. But then, you know, when Nome failed to impress on the job, they're like, have to get her out of here. She looked fantastic yesterday. She had her shiny, shiny lips and her shiny, shiny hair. No doubt, yes. Looking very glam. Why don't we give you just a flavor of Tom Tillis? Which one did you just recommend, Hanson? Let's see, there's a 83. Yeah, why not? There's very few people in this in Capitol Hill that support law enforcement, more than me, including the sworn ice officers. In fact, I've just been told, fortunately, in about a week and a half,
44we're going to get a plaque on the wall over in the Capitol, thanking the Capitol police officers and all the agencies that responded on January 6th. All those thugs have actually been pardoned, and yet we haven't thanked the Capitol police officers for their work here. So when I say I'm unapologetically pro law enforcement, you can count in every single sworn officer in Homeland Security. So that's a Republican who called the people that were pardoned by Trump thugs? Yes. Wow, that's something. He must not be up for election anytime soon. No. As you saw, a number of people yesterday who have gone anti-Trump, get primaried and lose yesterday. Yeah, Tom Tillis, as I said, he's not running for your reelection, and it's a pretty clear example of the, I don't care anymore, I'm going to say what I think. Whether you agree with him or not, you know what? We got two minutes. Go ahead and do 87, Michael. It's too good. I read your book last week.
44And honestly, some of the parts have it impressed me, but some of it distresses me, and I'll give you a good example of one that does. The passage where you talk about killing a dog that was 14 months old, I trained dogs, all right? And you are a farmer. You should know better. You should know that if you're going out to a hunting lodge and you're putting peasants out and you're putting dogs out, you don't take a puppy out there. A 14-month-old dog is basically a teenager in dog years. You decided to kill that dog because you had not invested the appropriate time in training. And then you have the audacity to go into a book and say it's a leadership lesson about tough choices. It's in your book. We could play it if we had time. At that same lunch hour, you killed a goat. And you killed a goat because you said it was behaving badly. You are a farmer. You don't cast right a goat. They behave badly. You should have probably done that before, but my point is, those are bad decisions made in the heat of the moment.
45Not unlike what happened up in Minneapolis. I expect we're an exceptional nation. And one of the reasons we're exceptional is we expect exceptional leadership. And you've demonstrated anything but that in the time that I've seen you responding to the emergency in North Carolina and across the southeast and acknowledging when mistakes are made. And speaking too soon for the expedient of social media or whatever it is. I got a job and I don't want to relitigate that, but I think he's completely wrong about the goat and the dog. I think that's justified. Why is she put in her book? I'll never understand. That was dumb. The dog, maybe I don't remember the dog facts. Now, Jack, pro dog murder. Clearly. You know people with five kids on the situation? Are strong and getty. No one knows what the future holds, but you deserve a weather app that can help. Minus Paul Bremer and the nation building. The campaign has seven times the intensity
49of Israel's previous operations against Iran during the 12-day war. Seven times. I would like credit for bringing back the name Paul Bremer last week, as I think he is one of the real villains of planning the Iraq war that somehow got left off the hook. Anywho, he's probably like running a university somewhere and making a great salary and living a great life. I didn't realize that what we've done so far is already two times what shock and awe was in Iraq because shock and awe was something. Wow. Here's Pete Hegg-Zeth with a little more from today. Iran's senior leaders are dead. The so-called governing council that might have selected a successor, dead, missing or cowering in bunkers too terrified to even occupy the same room. Senior generals, mid-level officers and listed ranks they can't talk or communicate, let alone mount, a coordinated and sustained offensive. That's not great for morale.
49So is the plan to get them to surrender? Originally, it was laid down your arms and we'll let you go. Yeah, the difficulty in answering that question simply is that who's they at this point? Somebody, I surrender. I'm the mayor of Tehran Heights. Who's there to surrender? Well, did you see the crowd in the streets in Taran yesterday? I think it was. It was large. They're calling it six figures. A people in support of the Supreme Leader and chanting death to America in the streets. I mean, it looked like the sort of pictures I've been seeing out of Iran my whole life. So there's still a big chunk of people that feel that way or feel like they should feel that way so they don't get shot. I don't know which. Well, right. And given the moment, they're kind of desperate to keep them all as in charge. According to the best poll they can possibly get going.
52So fewer than 12% of our audience support the Islamic Republic status quo, fewer than 12%. That's still, what do they have? 90 million people. Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, that's 19 million people. So another thing Pete Hegseth said is that we hunted down and killed the people that were behind the plot to assassinate Trump. Do you remember this? This was at the very end of the 2024 election campaign. Iran had instructed one of its agents running a New York City based criminal network. So Iran had people in New York running a mafia gang basically. That's unbelievable. Right on its own. But anyway, they had told that guy to stalk and assassinate Trump and that money was not an issue. An unnamed official in Iran's notorious Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps
52tasked this guy, Farid Shaqari, 51 during September to focus on surveilling and ultimately assassinating Trump. So, you know, that makes you an enemy of the United States right there. You were going to kill our president. As it turns out, they should have spent more money and more time on the plot because they were right that Trump was a mortal threat to them. Yeah. Anyway, so those people were hunted down and killed over the last several days also. On the topic of Trump's credibility as a threat, Michael, can you do me 73B? Once again, John Kennedy always folksy. Number two. To defeat your adversaries in the days world, you have to have military power. But it takes more than military power. You have to have political will. I have watched five, six, seven presidents refuse to stand up to the eye to one.
52President Trump has. He's got political will. He's got oranges. And Mike him or dislike him. The world is safer today because of what he has done. I was confused there. So that was a euphemism for testicles. Is that what he said? Thank you for drawing that clear line. Yes. He's often used as an example of a male specifically, or also sometimes female, their fortitude willingness and courage. Precisely. Yes. Is what they mean now. The size of oranges would be exceptionally large. All men have testicles, but that doesn't necessarily translate to courage, fortitude, et cetera. And trans men are men. And it's never been proven by science that the size of each individual testee has any correlation to your courage. Though there may be a correlation between testicle size and testosterone production. It's an ongoing study. Peel me a big old naval orange.
52That's what I say. So the idea that I don't even know what that means, Katie. So the idea that our current sitting president has larger than normal testicles. Yes. Is not proven by science, but that was not his point. No, indeed. He's extrapolating backwards from the fortitude shown by the president and making an educated guess as to the Orchidometer readings if one were to measure the president's testicles. Because that is the name of the scientific equipment, but measures testicles. We learned that from the Barry Bond's trial. That's correct. Yes, Katie. No, I'm just really glad you guys are having this conversation. I'm learning a lot. You're having a point. Well, you need to know what we do. We clarify. Yes. Thank you. Of perhaps even greater note is Dan Reisencane, the general was talking to the assembled press yesterday about the question of do we have enough munitions to do this thing? 60. I know there have been a lot of questions about munitions.
53We have sufficient precision munitions for the task at hand, both on the offense and defense. But I want to tell you teammates, as a matter of practice, I don't want to be talking about quantities. And I know there's been a great debate about that. And I appreciate the interest. But just know that we consider that an operational security matter. We need more. There's just no doubt. Yeah. That's troubling. Yeah. Yeah. But I am, as I said earlier, at the first time thinking, how does this end? When does this end? When do we decide we're done? When do we decide we're done? When they have a fully functioning government? I assume short of that. But what point? If one person, man or woman steps forward and says, I'm in charge now. And somebody else says, I second that? Is that at that point? We say, OK, our work is done. Well, right. Because as we discussed yesterday,
54the top ranking official alive in Iran right now might be the assistant director of parks for some mid-level city you've never heard of. We don't know. I dug into a think piece by Abbas Malani, Dr. Malani is the director of Iranian studies at Stanford, fellow at the Hoover Institution. And the title of his piece was The Coming Iranian Revolution. And it's beautifully written, really informative. Interesting goes into a lot of the history of Iran and how Ayatollah Khomeini, the original, the OG Mullah, how he duped both Iran and the Western world. And to think he was a moderate, when indeed, he'd actually written a book about this that he wanted to rule with an iron Islamic fist and sure enough, he did. And he goes through the current situation and comedy, the guy who took over. But the one question that I was really hoping to get answered in this piece was, all right, with everything that's happened, what's like the steps toward the next thing?
56What are those going to look like? A better new Iran. And man, he doesn't even posit a guess. Well, Trump said yesterday, you know, his actions, I'm sorry, he makes clear that there's a huge will among the Iranian people for whatever is next and not freaking the Mullahs, but no idea how it's going to happen. Right. And Trump mentioned yesterday he was asked about, you know, what would be a bad result or worst case scenario? He said, well, if somebody took over who's as bad or worse than the Supreme Leader, I suppose that would be a bad thing. Well, that's what happened with the Shah. The Shah was very repressive. I mean, they beat and tortured people and arrested them too. And there weren't a lot of rights under the Shah. And so that's part of where the, who ended up being the Ayatollah, got his support. Is people really hated living under the Shah? The Ayatollah turned out to be much, much worse. But that's to Trump's point. You could replace what you got with something worse. I find that hard to believe in this case. But that is what happened with the Shah. And I thought it was interesting on 60 minutes the other night when they had the son of the Shah,
58who's angling to end up being put back in charge, at least until they can have elections. He was asked by Scott Pelley, your father arrested people and tortured them. And he kind of just dodged that question because what are you going to say? But it's true. Old dad, he was, he was something. Wasn't he Scott? Yeah. Well, yeah, it is. It was true. I'm reminded though. God, the Western intellectuals and media, how badly they got fooled by Komani. He just duped him completely because he knew what they wanted to believe. And he told him that. And the reason that triggered in my head was the repression from the Shah was way overboard. And I think anybody who cherishes human rights cannot justify it. Especially compared to our standards. Oh, yeah, exactly. But I'm reminded of when the Neocon, the original Wolfowitz and crew there, the Bush administration,
59Bush too, convinced us that Iraq was a secular society and that Saddam was an oppressor. And as soon as he was removed, why they would embrace a Jeffersonian democracy probably within a week or two. And then the minute Saddam's out of the way, all the sectarian slayings started because these people are hard core fundamentalist Muslims. All they care about is she, Sunni, what sub-sector they are, blah, blah, blah. And while again, you can't justify what the Shah did. Part of his oppression was because of that. He's trying to rule a people that will slit each other's throats and his over, you know, what the religious sector in the second they get a chance. Similar to Egypt when Mubarak finally went and then a Muslim brotherhood guy tried to take over briefly before general, CC said no, you ain't, but he has to keep a, you know, a clamp down on his people. Right. But Westerners were so naive in some ways. We think everybody thinks about the world the same way we do. Everybody loves life and everybody wants to be friends and do business.
02And everybody's prime motivation is to have a good looking spouse or happy children and enough money to buy a bow and blah, blah, blah. And they never stop to think about people who would gleefully. For instance, call their dad on October 7th and say, Dad, I killed Jews. I killed so many Jews. Are you proud of me? So we played the clip of Gavin Newsom on Jimmy Kimmel last night. There was more to that. They had a fake Gavin Newsom on there is kind of a bit with Gavin Newsom. He may took some pretty harsh shots in California and Gavin on Kimmel. While I guess Gavin stood there uncomfortably laughing. Oh, you guys, come on now. It's like when you watch those roasts and people are just swaying them and you have to kind of either laugh. You have no choice but to pretend that's funny. Oh boy, you talk like it's far. I'm taking this just fine. You laugh. I laugh. Anyway, we'll get to that among other things.

Restrictions apply. So want to alert you that coming up an hour four, we're going to get into this. What is, I think going to be a big lawsuit. Guy killed himself. Came under the sway of an AI chatbot, Gemini, and specific, the Google one. And it was his wife, Jack. It was his wife and he was trying to join his wife in the, in the ditch. I don't know, the imaginary universe in which they could be together. AI convinced him as that.
34So that's why he killed himself. He was going to go blow up the airport for some reason. I mean, it's a long complicated story. But his parents are suing Google. Just an astonishing story about AI gone wild. It's going to be next hour. If you don't get next hour, you can't hang around. You'd always grab it via podcast. So Gavin Newsom, governor of California is obviously running for president. He's got a book and he's out doing a tour and talking about America. That's what every single person who's run for president has done in my lifetime. So he's on Jimmy Kimmel last night. We played you a clip earlier that was actually about the politics of the state and everything like that. But they opened with this. I didn't know Seth Meyers. I didn't know Seth Meyers had a brother. But Seth Meyers has a brother that looks a lot like him. Who happens to look like Gavin Newsom? Who does a Gavin Newsom impersonation on the Seth Meyers show? So Seth Meyers' brother came on as Gavin Newsom to Gavin Newsom on Jimmy Kimmel last night and they did a bit where they gave the real Gavin Newsom an award.
36And then this is the and Gavin Newsom, by the way, standing there in the entire time looking incredibly uncomfortable with some of these jokes. GovGav, for your tireless work in uniting the people of Cali, from the meth dealers of Riverside to the shapely Armenians of the Glendale Galleria. From chakra doulas and yoga thems to farmer's market furries and rollerbladers with gluten sensitivities. I, Governor Gavin D. Newsom, an association with the Wounded Waymost Project. In the three remaining original members of Incubus, present to you, Governor Gavin C. Newsom, with the 2026 FIFA Skydance Paramount Netflix, Warner Bros. Big-ass Lipton Cup O'Peace. Unbelievable. What is that made up?
40So, is that a shot at California or Gavin Newsom, or in terms of running for president, is it all the same thing? If you say from the meth addict, meth addicts of Riverside to the yoga thems, I mean, a chakra doulas, yes. Doesn't that portray Gavin Newsom as the leader of a wackado state? At the very least. And if you weren't listening, was it last hour we played another clip from Newsom on Kimmel, in which he was saying, the only reason people criticize California is they've got California derangement syndrome because they watch Fox News and they just focus on the negative. California is actually the greatest place on Earth. I mean, everybody loves it all the time. Wow. Wow. And of course the boot-licking, psycho-fant, gutless Jimmy Kimmel just commits stacks of love and sex on Gavin Newsom. Okay. So, is that the end of the interview that you were just talking about, that Kimmel had the Newsom impersonator come out on stage and give this award?
44Oh, I like this. It opened with, I'm so psyched to be here for the Newsom to some, I mean, I just came from a ribbon-cutting session, a shelter for non-binary chihuahas. I don't think it helps because, you know, the Republicans used to hang San Francisco around Nancy Pelosi's neck as do you want a Nancy Pelosi style America? San Francisco. Well, I think the same thing can be done with California and Gavin Newsom. And Jimmy Kimmel certainly helped that cause there, I think. I read this and I'm sure you heard it. Mark Halpern, when he was talking to Gavin, he was quite pointed. He said, I don't think you're going to end up running for president, or if you do, you're going to run briefly then get out because there's too many people who don't like you. Really? I didn't catch that part. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I was surprised how blunt it was. Well, I know because I watch Gavin Newsom or Mark Halpern's podcast a lot. He's not big on Gavin as a likely nominee or president.
44He doesn't, he doesn't think Gavin's the guy. Right. And why? I'm not exactly sure why. Just because having California around your neck is an albatross. Oh, yeah. The ads write themselves like the clip we played. I think it was yesterday of the montage of Gavin claiming for 24 years how he's going to solve the homeless problem this year. I mean, it was hilarious by the end of it. I have been, we've been saying this for years. I think all you would need and I could do it this afternoon. I wouldn't even have to drive very far. All you need is 60 seconds of footage of tent after tent after tent after drug zombie wandering through the street. California. Don't even and just put it in California. Can we sprinkle in some products locked up in all the stores and some smash windows and then end with a long close shot of human feces on the paper. Just controversial. I know it's an eye-grabber. You can't ignore it. Oh my god. If you miss a segment at the podcast.
