Beth Paretta is the VP of Sporting for the FIA Formula E electric global racing series and the founder and owner of Paretta Autosport – a professional, women-forward race team that launched in the INDYCAR series in 2021. Women comprise the majority of the team’s roster, including mechanics, engineers, over-the-wall pit crew, marketing, and operations. Beth is also the Co-Founder of Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA).
